“I had the best quiche EVER at the Waterlily. The staff are knowledgeable and kind, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and it is in a very calm and serene area in Topanga Canyon. The next time I’m in the LA area, this will be a revisited spot!“

“Ordered online for pickup for my work staff and drove over. Food was ready when I got there so I picked up and drove back to work…once I arrived I noticed the $4 cookie I paid for wasn’t included in the bag…

Called to let them know about the issue and goes straight to voicemail that explicitly states they don’t check their voicemails…

Overall food is good…that’s why we go here but the customer support and feedback should be an easier experience.

Update: after a few days they emailed back and reimbursed the charge for the cookie.“

“I grew up on Einstein Bros Bagel in San Diego and LA doesn't have many. When I found this location in West Valley I was so excited. The parking is a little busy but the Green Chili breakfast sandwich is worth it! The employees are extremely friendly and quick to serve. I love stopping by and having a quick breakfast.“

“The plain bagel at Hank's is the best bagel in Los Angeles. I love Boil & Bake but they're in Costa Mesa. These run a very close second. Also, I always toast my bagels so I am rating this bagel as the best in Los Angeles - upon toasting! Get this bagel. Expensive but highly worth it!!“

“I walked in to a huge line, so I started to complain but when I tried the bagel it was so worth it. The service was great! All this was amazing so I’ve been going here for 6 years here.

Vegetarian options: The workers are fine with any replacement or add on and there is quiet a few vegetarian options such as the cream cheese on cheesy jalapeño

Dietary restrictions: They have fruit and different types of bagels and cream cheese etc so it meets any dietary meals.“

“If you want to use the words “epic awesome” I think you’d be describing this place they have a lot of fun even actually have a VHS player where you can watch older movies and enjoy yourself seating is incredible especially outdoors because of course you’re in Malibu but I have to tell you the espresso? It’s absolutely perfect I ordered the Doppio con Panna and for dessert I tried out the gelato this is the first time I have a combined it salted peanut butter with chocolate and let me tell you even Reeses couldn’t make something this heavenly! The staff was incredibly friendly the environment was loads of fun and the music was great I love the gelato the texture and flavor well well worth it in the flavor of the coffee was smooth with not too strong of an aftertaste I threw some whip cream on my espresso though because I still have that sweet tooth I just can’t get rid of“

“The manager is very friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair, and some of the front desk staff ignore me. I came with my nurse. She waited in line twice and told them I needed to order, showing I was where the handicapped sign was. Both times, they ignored her and went to the next customer. When I said you sipped me, they said I have to wait in line. I did three times but they ignored my nurse. The staff also does not assist my nurse. She was sold two tiny cream cheese instead of the ones in the refrigerator. Plus i do not get a bakers dozen ever. They sell 12 but i say its 13 and they corrct me. I never have these issuss in Van Nuys. Nor when the manager assists me.“
