“I love coming to this Starbucks! It’s very clean and the staff are efficient. There’s lots of places to sit inside and a few tables outside as well.
Parking: This location is right near a strip mall, so there’s usually lots of parking.“
“While in Torrance for about 2 weeks, I went here for my daily coffee. There are no chairs, so no sit down. Just 3 or 4 standing tables that fit one each, two each if tight. Overall great service. Except for the sleeve. Had to ask every time for a sleeve.“

“really laid back ,location and nice employees. I tried the new Gingerbread Chai and I love it! Also, they had Hello Kitty things for stocking stuffer, so i got those, and had plenty of gift cards on hand to take care of the office staff at work. I really wanted to try the Dubai iced coffee, but the Gingerbread won out today- I'll be back!“
“This location is always booming-busy everyday, and yet the baristas are always super friendly and deliver yummy drinks right on time. I love it here and will keep coming back (as long as my drink is available at this location) :) Thank you so much to your hard working baristas!“
“Located at the corner of Macy's next to where all the beautiful evening gowns are at, there is this equally beautiful individual, and his name is Joey. He will make you feel welcomed, and your presence matter. A lot of care was put into making a delicious handcrafted beverage exactly to your liking, and he will check on you if you are still around. Please give Joey the recognition that he so deserves.. he is such a star and an asset to the company!“
“The staff members at this shop are incredibly friendly, hard working, and thoughtful. Sometimes they surprise me with INCREDIBLE cup art - this bunny holding a flower is a prime example. The store’s architecture is gorgeous with high ceilings, sleek glass, and spacious indoor/outdoor seating.“
“Everytime I stop by at this location I'm always greeted when a great big smile. The staff is super friendly and they are very attentive.
Parking: It's in a small strip mall. Parking available in front, on the side and the back of Satbucks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible and the tables are wheel chair friendly.“
“On 3/15 in the evening, Nathan helped me out and he was so kind and friendly. he was very quick with making my drink. he had a very positive vibe the entire time I was there and was nice to all. He’s an employee who goes above and beyond🙌“

“The Service: Love it that they have drive-thru service. But if the line gets long, it's faster to buy the coffee inside the store.
The Coffee: Love their summer drinks. Unique flavors and super refreshing & colorful too.

Today I had a barista named Tanisha and she was super friendly! 10/10 recommend anyone in the local Torrance area to go to this Starbucks.“

He made all the difference at the vibe and experience of the store.
Didn’t know it’s not a walk in store. Neat concept. Got a grande pecan pumpkin mixed latte.

“Great experience for a simple morning meal. The Jalapeño Chicken Pocket paired with a warm Americano was the highlight of my visit. The spicy kick from the Sriracha sauce makes it even better! Note that this specific branch doesn't have many tables, so keep the limited seating in mind if you're planning to stay long. Highly recommended for a delicious start to your day!“
“Baristas are the bomb! You really want to tip heavy for their phenomenal service, kindness, friendly, over the top customer care. I over indulged w/ an extra Carmel drizzle to offset the mega additional caffeine I added in w/ help getting a touch of my favourite blonde espresso to my Carmel Ribbon Crunch! AMAZZZING!! 💫YUMMY!!!😋 Had to round it out w/ water & straight iced coffee. Made just as ordered! That's 3 for 3!!! Had to top off the 😺. It's super clean, as if no coffee in hand it's a mop. The chairs are comfy, a few plugs, cute girls giggling over drinks & homework, college students, etc. giving a vibrancy of joy. Exactly the way a Starbucks should be! Kudos to the top decision makers at this location! After several recent really horrible experiences this was a breath of fresh air like coming home. Song Jiang China & this location are my favourites!“
“I'm not a morning person. Despite that I have to get up early. This Starbucks is partially subterranean. So in the morning when the bright sun clashes with my senses I go here to slowly wake up in my own time with no direct sunlight glaring into my eyes. After sitting a while with my coffee and smartphone I am ready for the world.“

“I visited this store Thursday evening and was taken back by how well the team managed even though they were very short-staffed. One cashier and one barista at any given time should never be the norm in an environment with so much foot traffic. Eventually another employee joined and that's when things really began to shine. I admire how the baristas demonstrated great team work. From a distance I heard, "Which drinks would you like to work on?" His colleague then went on to formulate a game plan that quickly began to expedite drinks to customers. It was teamwork that really made the team shine. Some customers were impatient and demonstrated no empathy. However, we are talking about a barista team that was making things work with what little staff they had. I applaud the barista team. Keep up the good work. I hope management sees the stellar employees they have.“
“My Husband and I casual stopped by this Starbucks to get some drinks for our family. When my drinks were ready I notice that on my Dragon fruit drink I had forgotten to ask for an extra infusion of dragon fruit. I was able to get the young lady that made my drink and I ask her politely if she was able to add an extra scoop of Infusion. She gladly said yes of course. Thank you Jocelyn V. For going an extra mile and not only adding the infusion but also re shaking the drink to blend the extra scoop of infusion. I really appreciate it. Joceyln V. Is the type of customer service that I love. I know it can be hectic to work in customer service but she kept her smile on.“
