I laughed when my brother in law suggested going to Carlos for Japanese. I'm not laughing anymore. This may be the best tempura I have ever had.
Master tempura style cooking, light, airy, though fried the fresh taste of ingredients are still intact. Wait was not longer than 10 mins. Their new sushi, tempura box set meal, melt in your mouth , fresh ingredients, truly worth the trip and dining in for… must try
Tempura was pretty great but it could have been a bit more crispy and light. There's going to be a wait but it's not too bad. Parking could suck though so do a loop. It's mostly worth it but the busyness kind of discourages me.
