“Casa Chaskis is THE best Peruvian restaurant in Long Beach, in my opinion. I can ALWAYS depend on them for amazing, fresh-cooked food, and everyone is always so kind! I've had almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed. Even the more simpler meals like the fried fish has so much good flavor. Last time we went, my boyfriend was already planning the next time we would come Thank you for providing LB with delicious Peruvian food, Casa Chaskis!“

“A wonderful place with amazing food, we came here because the kids wanted sushi rolls while the grownups wanted Peruvian food, the selection was amazing the rolls are very creative with a Peruvian flair, we tried the Acivochado roll which by the name you can tell what it is, it was absolutely amazing and the other dishes were also great. Overall great food, fast and friendly service and definitely affordable. Highly recommended.“

“Really nice waiter attended us. We came here because loaded cafe had nobody attending guests. It was a cute little typical hispanic place. Restroom is through the kitchen which is pretty unhygienic but whatever. Fresh ingredients and food was flavorful except for the eggs but overall solid. Pupusas were huge but I didn't try them.“

“My wife and I ate here after an appointment at UCLA. It looks like it was a once hoping spot. It is connected to a ghost town of an outside mall. This was our second time here. I don't know if there is a lot of crime, but it sure had a lot of cameras. It made us wonder if maybe that's why the area looks abandoned. The food was really good and the service matched.“

“Came in on my lunch break to meet up with a friend. I ordered for both of us and was told I could sit anywhere. We ordered (2) Saltado de Pollo lunch specials and (2) papa relleno. They brought us chicken rice soup which was hot and perfect for the cold day. The saltado de pollo was absolutely delicious. I had a side of pickled onions which were the perfect touch. There was a problem with the papas but the lady behind the counter was quick to solve the problem and was very apologetic. Bummed we couldn't stay longer to enjoy because we had to get back to work. Service was great, food was delicious and I'll definitely be back to try other dishes.“

“Based on the current inflated prices of Peruvian food, this place is a great deal price wise for trying assorted Peruvian dishes. Highly recommended if you're looking to try Peruvian food for the first time and are on a budget. Plenty of parking in the strip mall it's located in.IG: kay_okay_eat“

“You know the place is legit and authentic when they are committing to speaking to me and my party in Spanish despite none of being visibly from a Spanish speaking ethnicity. The servers were kind and helpful, and very quick with delivery. The food is absolutely delicious - I strongly recommend getting the aji de gallina. One of the best I've had.“

“It's like eating a home cooked meal at your favorite Peruvian auntie's house :) Mouth watering flavors and a spoon full of goodness. You start off with their complimentary signature cup of this green rice soup and bread, was very good. On the table you have this delicious spicy tangy condiment that I wanted to spread on everything. Found the menu a little confusing to follow due to its structure and illustration but then understood the concept so make sure to ask the server if you have any questions. Our server suggested their popular dishes with the chicken. The chicken is their specialty and it's really tender, juicy, moist and flavorful. The garlic rice was also good but not as garlicky as I expected. Had the Combinados with chicken - the sauce and base were great and also the Vainita with chicken which was a little more dry and plain. We had to try the alfajores for dessert, to be honest, I've had better but it was served pretty ;) Overall satisfied. Mellow small place but busy, free parking lot in front.“

“This is your sign to eat here! We drove over an hour to try inka wasi and I would drive even more for this place. I was born in Peru so I can definitely say this is the best lomo I’ve had in the states since living here for over 20 years! Cannot wait to try more stuff on the menu next time.“

“The lomo saltado was previously amazing and something I looked forward to for my cheat meals at least twice a month. However, the last 5 times I've ordered takeout the quality has diminished. Way smaller portion of beef, less sauce, seasoning nonexistent. The chicken soup and rice have stayed the same, but I don't think I'll give this spot another chance for a long time ): I'm leaving 4 stars because I'd hate to bring down the average rating of a small business, but I am pretty disappointed.“

“When Iived in the area, we loved coming here. It has been almost 8 years and being back brings back all the nostalgia. Everything here is so good and do not forget the green sauce. Your entree comes with bread and soup. The soup is delicious. We came at 11am and it wasn't crowded but the minute it hit noon, the place filled up. I had the passion fruit juice which was refreshing. I always order the Aji De Gallina, it's my favorite. I slather it with green sauce and dip my bread in it. The atmosphere is nice and the place is very clean. Great customer service. If you are in there area stop by and grab yourself a meal and the cookies are to die for.“
