“Never again. We arrived at the restaurant 20 min before closing and they refused to seat us. The host said they are only doing take out orders. Why have the door open if you’re not allowing customers to dine in. You guys should lock the doors if you don’t want customers to come in dining 30 min before closing“

“It's been many years since I had been here since I moved out of area. I visited yesterday for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised restrant had been remodeled looks crisp and clean. Service was great. They served us Bread rolls that are addicting with creamy butter . Food was just as tasty as I remember. I started with fried calamari it was very tender and beautiful crispy crunch. A must try for sure! We had Loma saltado and shrimp saltado flavors were pleasing to my taste buds. We also ordered Garlic shrimp plate . The shrimp was large and plenty . Flavorful . They all came with a side of yummy rice.we were to full for dessert but i'm hoping to pace myself next time so I can try one.I recommend this place.“

“The Peruvian food was incredible, and the staff made us feel like family. Even though they were closed, they opened just for my friends and me so we could enjoy Pan con Chicharrón for breakfast before our flight home. Truly above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!“

“A top restaurant in LA for me. Hummingbird has some of the most creative and delicious handrolls and crostatas I’ve ever tasted. Their food will make Peruvian folks excited to see something familiar and those unfamiliar very curious. The service is laid back and easygoing — I’ve always been impressed with how quick the food came out. I’ll never get over the wonderful atmosphere, purple corn tea, and orange salmon handroll. A must visit in LA!“

“Rikas Peruvian restaurant is like the 5th or 6th Peruvian restaurant I've been to in LA. It's interesting because it's located in Koreatown. But this little Peruvian restaurant packs a bunch. I enjoyed it a lot. It's like classic Peruvian comfort food. If you guys haven't tried their ceviche mixto, it is a must try. It's probably the best Peruvian ceviche I'd had in LA. Nice fresh raw fish, and the sourness to the juice was just about right. Their chaufa pollo, or chicken fried rice, was also another knockout. It's safe to say that this is the best fried rice I've had outside of any Asian restaurant. Haha. Their lomo saltado was also pretty solid. Great sauce, fries, and steak. In all, I would highly recommend Rikas if you are in town. It is one of the best Peruvian restaurants in the area. You'll feel so great after eating the food here. “First of all this restaurant deserves its flowers and praises. Their rotisserie chicken is so good and tasty didn’t leave anything behind, I almost ate the bone 🤤 I’ve have Peruvian food all of the world but this right HERE is the best chicken I’ve ever aren’t in the states, it’s seasoned to perfection and it’s crispy not greasy nor oily. Perfectly seasoned lomo saltado with tender beef, fries soaking up that savory sauce, and fluffy rice on the side. Bright, fresh ají verde that actually has depth, not just heat and would be good on just about anything. Finished it off with plantains and a creamy Peruvian dessert that hit exactly right.

Delicious food. Bold flavors. Attentive and friendly staff.

“Amazing Peruvian street food that's hard to find in restaurants. Meat had the perfect marinade and grilled charred taste. Was worried that the beef heart would be hard and chewy, but it was delicious and just like steak! I eat here whenever I'm in the area.“

“We had fantastic time at Lola's. Food was amazing and portions are vere generous. We were there on Friday night ans it was packed. Live music was a total hit so after delicious dinner even did some dancing. By far one of the best looking peruvian restaurants. If there was anything to be desired it was hot outside and couple of their ac units were not functioning so it was a bit hot inside but ambience and food and service made up for it. We will gladly come back.“

“THIS PLACE IS SOO GOOOD! I’m thinking abt moving to LA from the bay area just to have the Pollo a la Brasa with chaufa and fries all the time! Reminded me so much of Perú! This is soo good guys!! “I went the other day to order some empandas to try (carne and pollo) but was really late....I decided to go back the next day to try them and boy am I addicted. I went again this morning on the way home from work and got fresh baked. Definitely recommend this place all the workers were helpful and very knowledgeable about what ingredients are in each selection. The green spicy sauce is what definitely makes this a must as well.“

“Chicken is amazing. Fresh peruvian style rotisserie chicken. Their homemade mayo & sauces are creamy. Love their maracuya(passion fruit) juice. Also, their chicha morada is tasty. It can be a little pricey for certain items.
Very small, cozy place. It's hard to sit there during the summer though-it gets really hot. No public bathrooms. However, sometimes their staff is kind enough to let you use their restroom.“
