“Regardless of how many new boba places will open up, TP Tea will always have a soft spot in my heart. My first TP Tea experience happened at their Cupertino storefront and I remember how crazy and wild the line was for that grand opening. It’s crazy to think there’s over 5 locations for the Bay Area now. Woohoo!! Now, onto the drinks! I am a HUUUUGE fan of their wintermelon Tieguanyin tea. I know, it’s a simple drink that’s really hard to mess up, but for some reason, the way it’s brewed at TP Tea reigns supreme in my eyes. I also like the touch of Tieguanyin tea. Fun fact: I never knew or heard of Tieguanyin until coming across TP Tea! If you like a blend of aromatic tea notes with a hint of sweetness from wintermelon, I cannot recommend this drink enough. However, if you’re in the mood for a milk tea, I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea! It has a nice blend of milk and fragrant tea, with the acidity and sweetness of REAL strawberries. And if you really wanted to make any drink a winner, you’re going to want to add QQ noodles in your drink! I don’t know what makes it so good, but it’s definitely chewy and fun to have in your drink. “Love our experience at Eightfold Tea Shoppe this past weekend. The girl working was very efficient and was straightforward with us letting us know that the drinks were going to take a little bit longer than usual as there were several orders ahead of us and she was the only one at the moment. The menu and drinks are the same as all their other locations. They have a decent selection of different types of drinks to choose from. Compared to other Krak locations we've been to, the workers are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly.

I came with five friends to celebrate my birthday, and we ordered just about everything: Smoked Old Fashioned ($21), Cactus Club ($18), Chakai Kyushikis ($27!), Momoe ($27!), Airbuzz ($18), Whiskey Sour ($18), and Smoke & Mirrors ($18). We also grabbed churro bites and a cookie skillet, which were tasty finger food options.

I had to cut it up into small bite size pieces to finish it. On top of that, the fried ramen bits made it a little dry. I would not order this again. “Friendly staff + gr8 service! Funky decor + atmosphere.BUT issues which owners can consider: 1. Where’s the recycle bin? Everything is single use plastics, but there was only 1 bin for general trash for landfill.
2. Why are syrups full of artificial flavors? e.g RED40 in the strawberry!? That stuff needs a warning label in Europe but here we lap it up like a pig plunging into slop. Probably a supplier issue- but surely spend a little more and get some better quality ingredients?
I ended up with a tea, and sure enough it was sweetened… can’t get away from all the sugar. I’ll try the black tea next time- maybe that’ll be sugar free!

“I love coming here!! Their boba is always delicious, I keep coming back for more!!!! Super rich in flavor and so creamy in the mouth. The staff is polite, and the seating + bathroom is always clean. Only heads up I'd give to people is that it's super cold inside, especially if you're staying inside to sit down and enjoy your drink or work on school/personal projects! It's not enough to ruin the experience at all though, I love this boba place so much. #1 in my eyes.“
