“First time coming here looking to buy a gift for a coffee lover. Great customer service, came in at noon, rang the bell & had immediate service. Got a 1lb of seasonal Pumpkin Spice & their most popular beans, Hawaiian Hazelnut.
It’s a small reception counter with display of their loose leaf teas. Table & chairs outside. Limited parking but ample street parking.“

“This concept goes beyond a simple coffee shop, Chase proudly employ adults with disabilities, offering them valuable opportunities and fostering an inclusive environment. 🥹🥹🥹 I could not love this more!!! The atmosphere is clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space to unwind. It's a wonderful spot to meet friends or simply enjoy some quiet time. The ginger latte at this coffee house is truly super yummy and a delightful treat. I hope all communities take note on how to serve and include all. I want to open a place just like this. “The Eggs Benedict, pesto chicken sandwich and pancakes were all very good. The staff did a good job managing the line up of customers during the Saturday morning rush. Parking is at a premium here, so check out your options before arriving.“

“Found it easy. Had the Shaken Espresso, lighter cinnamon, (over ice) it was Great!! Business meeting client had the matcha, said it was good.
For a business meeting, I liked it because it was not overly crowded.
Only reason I knocked it down a star was parking is pretty rough and they didn't have Decaf available which I need.
Oh yeah, loved the Hockey Theming 👍“

“This is hands-down, one of my favorite coffee experiences in all of Orange County. On par with several of the cafés we went to in Tokyo, and WatchHouse in London and New York, the service the atmosphere and most importantly the coffee were nearly without peer. The staff is courteous, but the wait for coffee is maddeningly long, often 30 to 45 minutes.“
“Really friendly, knowledgeable staff here! Came in to buy a box of coffee pods and the experience was wonderful. The barista bar and complimentary coffee station were a great and unexpected touch, too.
To note, the nice lady in front asked what we came in to do (purchase, browse, etc) and we let her know, but she didn't ask for any information from us beyond that.“

“My wife and I have been going for coffee at least once a week for the last 15 years so we've been to many coffee shops and our favorite is White Sparrow. I usually stick with my regular latte while my wife tried almost all of their flavors and she loves them all. The staff is super nice and quick. When you arrive in the early morning like we do, you'll see a line (rain or shine) and you'll think that it'll take forever, but no; they turn those drinks around like no other and most importantly is the taste -consistently great. I highly recommend them.
The only down side is the seating. Very small inside the shop, it's gets crowded really quickly and the music is a bit loud. They've added seating outside but when it's cold or raining, you can sit.“
