They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. “Poul’s Bakery took our breath away , we couldn’t believe the cake we have taken pictures from we have searched the internet images and sent it to her the custom cake we wanted , and not only she made the identical one ,the taste was so delicious actually finished the entire slice, it’s rare for me to eat the whole slice, as many cakes are made with to much sugar , it overwhelms to entire cakes other ingredients, this was so perfectly balanced ,and l asked for second , so did few guests , we as host wished we ordered the bigger size , we don’t like the buttercream topping due to its excessive sugar , we ordered her soexisl topping , while you others ask no buttercream but we want Poul’s Bakery special topping we heard so much about it , sorry l don’t remember what it was called . My bad ,this Poul’s baker we also find out been around for decades as she is the second owner but uses the same original recipes. She said it’s a company secret Lol, we respect that Try Poul’s Bakery , it won’t s sidelong you and ask for a sample of their fantastic cannolis . And on the spot in events she actually make the cake front of your guests . We never tried that but people are ranting about it and went at viral with millions of views and shared ,,we saw it in her website . “I got a 3 leches cake this past Saturday (9/13) and let me tell you the flavor was amazing. I haven’t had a delicious and moist 3 leches cake in a long time. We would usually buy it from el Molino across the street but the past years their cakes have been super dry! It has nothing of 3 leches,
I was at the plaza where Efren’s bakery is and saw on a facebook group recommending this bakery so decided to try it out, didn’t disappoint! Our guests loved the cake as well! We devoured it!

“It was a beautiful day yesterday I decided to go to Balboa and I saw this ice cream shop and I needed something delicious and cold. They did not have pistachio ice cream. My favorite, but I ended up getting the vanilla mixed with some caramel almonds and walnuts. It was delicious if you are anywhere around Balboa if you want something cold and delicious I think you should stop here and the portions are very big. “On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

Now adays everyone uses those toppers so I get why it’s not as important for them to have someone there who can write. “Finally got to enjoy Lady M in the U.S.! I used to have it in Hong Kong — it’s always been my favorite mille crêpe cake brand. Today I took my kid for a haircut upstairs and decided to grab a slice of chocolate mille crêpe afterward. The cake was pretty good, not too sweet, just the right texture. Service was so-so, not very friendly, but the cake itself still made me happy!“
