There was a huge diversity of options. Saw there was a Mochi fish tofu then ? it was very interesting. Got pretty much everything I wanted. There was even a sauce bar. Only complaint is that the soup base was slightly salty

“Went here for the first time with my sister who has been here several times before and Omg! Everything was incredible 🤤 we got there pretty late so the kitchen had run out of a few things but everything that we tried was so good! Very hot and fresh, we ordered several appetizers to share and I loved everything. Then the entrees came out and they were all beautifully presented, and so flavorful! This place really is a gem and I will definitely be stopping by when I’m in the area again.“

“I know this restaurant has been around for 20 years but it was my 1st time here. The food tastes authentic, service is great. Some people say the servings are small but they are actually just right. I had their lomi (for take out) and had their halo-halo, inihaw na bangus for a late lunch. Was worth the trip. Will definitely be back.“

“Our fave local Bahn Mi spot. If you're in Union City and craving for a Bahn mi, come here. There's eleven sandwich choices. There's a steam table with other hot foods like egg rolls, noodles, Sesame balls with mung bean. They also make fresh spring rolls, yogurt, various desserts and lots of drink choices. “House of Dumplings is an absolute treasure! Their dumplings are incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly handmade with care. Every bite is a delight, whether steamed or pan-fried. “Lamb was very tender and girthy, it was especially good raw. The lack of soda perplexed me, I gained over 25 pounds after eating here! Finally I way 440 pounds. The laterally thin rice dessert completely satisfied my cravings. The nice whitish liquid, that elicited a delicious reaction with my pink tongue, wowed my world. Overall my chakra levels increased and I can now go on to master spinjutsu! We love you Tecca! 10/10“

One of my favorite Thai restaurants to go to! This place has incredibly reasonable prices and food quality is really. Food portions are really big and they taste really good.

The place is really nice but dim here, but doesn’t really change the fact that this restaurant is good for eating with Thai traditions decoration. Staff are very friendly when they use simple greetings to say hi to customers.

Definitely will come back for more!“

“This is a nice Thai BBQ place. We got Phad See-Ew with chicken, Chef's Special Seafood Combo Plate which came with Shrimps, scallops, mussels, squid. Fried shrimp & fried calamari, with a chicken fried rice. Everything was good except I felt the fried calamari and fried shrimp had to much breading on them we ended taking some of the breading off. Overall everything had good flavor, also the prices listed online are not the correct prices in store.“

5 year update: I am a vegetarian, and I still maintain my original rating. There are only two vegetarian selections, but it's enough. It's quality over quantity, which matters.
I am a regular here, I go there once a week, of I can manage it.“

“Great value and good flavor overall. The stewed meats like lengua were super tender and rich—definitely the highlight. The grilled options (tripa, asada, al pastor) were just okay; tripa could’ve been crispier, and the others lacked that seared depth.

The restaurant is clean, and service is solid, though it’s mostly self-serve—order at the counter and grab your own salsas and drinks. Easy, no-fuss setup that works. I’d come back and stick with the braised meats.“

“The food here was phenomenal!! Our order was taken by the restaurant grandpa, and he was the sweetest. He literally walks away, and two minutes later, our food is at our table. The broth was delicious. Some of the best we have had around this area. And then best part is, it was affordable.“

“The one and only poke shop in Union City, they have a good variety of choice with servers who are super helpful and have great customer service. The owner was really nice as well and took time to help me pick out the right items I wanted. Highly recommend getting their salmon and spicy tuna, as the salmon is super fresh and always has the right fat to meat ratio (nice white lines). They even have a community wall to put post it notes and cute lego minifigures! Would love to see some polaroid photos too for atmosphere and string lights. Prices range from around 20 to 23 for a medium or large bowl, you just need to get as many toppings as you like to get your fill.“

“great vibe and i loved the homemade boba. Popcorn chicken was ok. the basil wasnt very crunchy and the chicken wasnt seasoned enough. the batter was seasoned and chili was sprinkled on top but the chicken itself tasted like it just came out of the butcherwrap. will try more of the menu again, there are a lot of other foods that look amazing“

“We come here about once a month. We enjoy mostly the combination dinners with entree (we get Salmon Teriyaki or mackerel), mixed tempura, California rolls, salad, and miso soup. I tried the deluxe combo with entree, sashimi, mixed tempura, and nigiri sushi selection. Everything was very good. Quite a lot of food as a good value for Japanese food.“

The salt and pepper prawns are a must try they give out some good spice and flavor. I also recommend the lemon chicken. They serve their sauce on the side so when you get it Togo the chicken is still nice and crispy and you can really taste the lemon in this sauce. Also you can’t go here without getting their rose garden fried rice, which comes with BBQ pork, chicken, and shrimp.“

“The seniorita bread was FRESH out of the oven. I ate one immediately and burned my fingers but it was worth it. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and butter and so soft and pillowy. It's hard to only eat one. It's even better when dipping it in coffee so makes a great breakfast treat. They also have donuts but I only wanted seniorita bread at this time. I will be coming by more often.It's baffling that this place is rated less than 4.5 stars. I think most of the reviews are from people who have never even been here, or are just upset about being asked to wear a mask, which is ridiculous considering the store is very small and it is not a bad precaution to require.Either way, when I came here, I was not asked to wear a mask. Although they do ask only one customer or party inside at a time, again- not a bad precaution since the place is very small. I personally would not want to be rubbing elbows with people in such close distance, pandemic or not, it's more about personal space for me.I guess people are unlucky or sensitive when it comes to their service here, because I was helped by a woman who was extremely kind. She even asked if it was ok that the 12 piece senorita bread I got was in a bag opposed to a box. Im fine with a bag since I'm gonna inhale the bread within a few days. “I'm fascinated with this I-Hop. The last time I went, I was very disappointed. The service was terrible. The waitress even yelled at me because I told her she'd gotten my order wrong. But... I went back last Sunday, and believe me, I barely waited for my table. There are more employees now, and EVERYONE is really friendly, very attentive, and truly makes you feel welcome.
