“We were visiting the Universal Studios during the 4th of July weekend holidays and everything was crowded and packed. The staff where you ordered seemed tried, bored and not bothered about you or anything in the world. We ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken and waffle sandwich meals. Took around 15+ mins for the food to be ready owing to the packed holiday crowd. The food was good, quite tasty and succulent chicken pieces. We were intrigued with the chicken and waffle sandwich, it was an interesting combination and good to eat. Overall a good joint to eat in Universal Studios.“

“Expensive but my teens enjoyed their food. My son got KFC and my daughter got pizza. From the reviews I expected the pizza to be tiny but it was actually big. Way bigger than Pizza Hut’s usual personal size. Still too much for 1 pie and a drink. Welp, since they liked it, I have no complaints.“

“the chicken slaps! got the 3 tender combo, and these are by far some of the biggest tenders i’ve ever had (def should’ve got the 2 count). I ordered them with the “spark” seasoning and imo hits the perfect spicy but not too hot level. also ordered the cheese curds which were great as well! plenty of parking which is rarity in LA. 9/10 experience!“

“Their zaab pork belly rice bowl is phenomenal. I have not been in person to this restaurant, but I went to a festival where they had a booth and served it. The meat was perfectly crispy on the outside and succulent and juicy inside. The hints of lime juice complemented the meat in a way that makes me think about it. If you like pork belly, this place is a great place to get it.“

“I ordered half chicken with broccoli & carrots. OMG! Their chicken is so juicy & tender. It is roasted perfectly! They grill the vegetables with garlic oil, extra flavor! I also tried the Southwestern Bowl (wild rice, rotisserie chicken, street corn, sweet potato, tomato, pickled red onion, avocado with chipotle sauce). Super healthy choice!“

The food is generous and tasty. Everything is very clean and you have everything at your disposal: cutlery, napkins, fresh wipes, and to go boxes.“

“I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was spotless. I live north of Seattle, but would consider driving down just for more of their chicken...Well, and to visit my kids.“

“My fiancé and I absolutely love this place! Every time we come in the area we drive 3 1/2 hours and this is our first stop every time! We were recently in town and we ate here twice between two days. The food is always consistent and so flavorful! It may look like a hole in the wall, but it is the best food around!“

“I got the boneless combo with spicy kalbi and I was hesitant at first because I don’t like boneless wings because they typical are all batter however these were perfect! So much meat and the right amount of crunch. Everything was packaged delicately for the fry-to-sauce ratio. The man who was working was very helpful and nice. I ordered a side of rice since I don’t like French fries, although I found myself eating all these fries hahaha. The pickled radish was a major swoon!!! So fresh, crunchy, and delicious. “The food here is really good, my first time going here and I ordered the large loaded french fries, it is certainly a lot of food and I usually eat a lot, couldn’t finish at all, which is great because nowadays portion sizes are so small. Way better than Raising Cane‘s. The flavors are great. This place is a win.“

“Visited the Manchester UK restaurant today. Did not like it at all!!! Had to wait 20mins for my order and when it came it looked disgusting. The slider I got was a real thin, tough piece of chicken which wasn't very tender and the batter was over done and tasted greasy which was no surprise as it dripped out when I got the carton out and had a hint of a beef taste. The fillet included was just the same but a little bigger but the fries were the saving grace! They were nice a fluffy but the chicken here is terrible and wouldn't visit again. The staff were great but the food was terrible and it didn't even taste like chicken! No wonder they have spice it's to disguise the taste! Anyone trying for the first time I'd recommend getting it with no spice to get what it actually tastes like! Rank and horrible! Will go elsewhere for better quality chicken.“

“The Melt truly delivers an outstanding burger experience. The burger was fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and literally melted in the mouth. You can tell quality ingredients are used, and everything was cooked perfectly.

Service was excellent as well. One of our burgers was missing an egg, but the service recovery was handled impressively. The staff came back promptly with the egg and even refunded the burger, which showed great professionalism and care for customer satisfaction.

We also tried the cookies, and they were amazing—soft, warm, and genuinely melt-in-the-mouth.

Highly recommended overall. Great food, great service, and great recovery when something went wrong. Will definitely be back again!“

“Amazing chicken sandwich, fried to order. The slaw that’s on top is perfect, it has a little bit of cilantro and jalapeño. I got the hot, and I like spicy, I think next time I will get the extreme. Amazing mouth numbing spice from the Szechuan peppercorn, all the flavors work really well together. Since the chicken is really oversized I would recommend getting an extra sauce to dip it in, either the hot honey or the daybird sauce. I was too excited from how good it smelled and forgot to take a picture before I started eating, but look at this amazing cross-section!“

I order a mango habanero slider, a Nashville hot tender and fries with a mango passionfruit agua fresca, and it's the best I've had in a long time! the mango mellowed out the habanero, but you could still feel some of the heat. the hot Nashville was the all-star though - it's actually hot! the agua fresca was the perfect drink to counter the savory flavors, too. im definitely coming again. the staff were very attentive and friendly as well!“
