“Delicious ice cream! This was our first time here, my husband, our friend and I had three small ice cream cups and we were pleasantly surprised on the size. We were celebrating my birthday, But a perfect way to end the evening, we are so glad we found this place! If you are in Upland area I highly recommend checking it out!“

“This is a little slice of wholesome with a heaping side of love. Ran by two older couple, so, be patient. Hand cut meats and cheeses with traditional and cultural addition sandwiches and meals. Some the most amazing, sweetest, and funniest customer service. House made sandwiches (huge and from 7 to 8 dollars) and desserts, authentic sausages (pork, viel, liverwurst, polish), with a collection of imports of sweets, pickled foods, and beer and wine. Best sandwiches in town!“

The food was excellent, the ambience homey, cool, and relaxed, and the staff professional and kind. I would absolutely stop again. Plenty of free parking. Arrived at 11am on Saturday with a party of 2 wait less than 10 minutes.“

“Adorable little place, very friendly atmosphere, the drinks are good and there is nice variety. However, it took a while to get our drinks and the boba was very obviously over cooked, mushy and watery, I expected better from a place that is for boba/bubble tea.“

“My mom and brother and I went to The Heights for lunch, and we enjoyed everything about it, the vibe, my chicken marsala was delicious, mom had cranberry turkey sandwich and loved it, brother had the dill salmon, he loved it. My only complaint is, it can get a little loud when the place gets full of customers. Yes half of it is a bar, but overall, we will be going back, great place!!“

“I have been here twice with my Mother ( she’s 84 ). She and I both have enjoyed our food each time. My Mom ordered the fish tacos for Lent and was delighted! She finished her whole plate, beans and rice included! My meal was also very good! The Charro BEANS are INCREDIBLE “!! She loves this place so much, I’ll be taking her more often as she doesn’t eat much, but this is the 2nd time I have seen her “clean” her plate!! I believe chips and salsa should be included with a sit down meal, I understand charging for it, but as a GEN x’r, not used to being charged for it. Overall, food was fresh and we will be back!!“

“Home made muffins. Sandwich croissants (try the sausage and egg). Nicest lady in the donut industry. She has been in this tiny, hard to get to storefront for decades. She's put her kids through college and they work in the donut shop on weekends. She may not be there for too much longer because her rent is being increased.Support this local icon.“

“The employees here are so NICE! I’ve watched a handful of regular employees come and go, but every time there’s someone new working they are always pleasant and courteous. I’ve been eating at Nektar for 10+ years and I’ve been to plenty of diff locations all over, and this one is my fav! Consistent product and service. Thanks for keeping me loyal! 😊“

“The Back Abbey is great! We visited Upland for a family event and ended up coming here twice because it was delicious. The Friday night we were there even had live music, which was the perfect accompaniment to the evening. The staff are super friendly as well. Definitely recommend!“

“This boba place used to be Tea Party Boba and Snacks. Uranus 27 boba tea is a great place to hang and kill time while enjoying your boba. They have multiple charging stations and cute displays. Nice ambiance inside and spacious! They offer snacks to munch too.“

“The food was good, not great. I had to add a lot of salt to everything. The michelada I did like. They are expensive, though. 2 ppl 1 nachos, 2 tacos and 2 micheladas $76! We didn't even get full meals. I may return. I don't know. I've had better chili verde for less money.“

They either forget to put something in our bag or they prepare it incorrectly. There is a lady that works there that is the sweetest lady ever and she is purely the reason why I return and because it's across the street from my house.“
