“Visited on my way back to San Francisco from Lake Tahoe and I had a great experience! The barista, Amber, provided a quick service and added in some banter into our interaction. It’s moments like this that add joy to my day and I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the areaThanks again for the help today Amber!“

“I purchased a drink, went along my way to another store with my family where i dropped my drink. I was so disappointed because I had barely drank any of it. My husband called to see if they’d replace it, unexpectedly they did! I am so appreciative of their service and kind words and understanding when I went back through the drive thru to get my replacement.“

“Who doesn't love coffee any time of day! There are so many varieties to choose from, and so many temperatures as well (hot, ice, blended). Today, for me, was a frappuccino and pastry. They both were absolutely delicious! Although the prices are always high at starbucks, they do have a membership card, which will allow you to gain points that can later be used to buy drinks, foods, or products, almost like a video game! LolThe atmosphere inside was nice to sit and visit with friends while enjoying my beverage. Starbucks is an oldie but goodie and will hopefully never go out of business. Please coffee up there often.“

“The service at this spot is very good. The person who took our order was very nice and friendly. We got 5 different vegetarian sandwiches and coffees and lemonade etc. She did great job sorting it all out for us explaining what’s vegetarian and what is not. Almond milk latte was very good too.“

“What can I say when you're ordering your phone? The staff are quick to fulfill your order and it's normally waiting for you at the counter.

Parking: Daryl bought two handicap parking spots out in front and there's a lot of parking run area because it's next to a movie theater

Wheelchair accessibility: They have two handicap spots right in front and they're as easy access to go into the Starbucks“

“We live close to this Starbucks which is the main reason we come here, plus we always are greeted with a warm welcoming by the employees! There are 2 young ladies that I will always remember besides my daughter because how they both took our orders. It becomes personable when someone really listens, pays attention and helps give suggestions. My apologies if I forgot their names, but my daughter said the sweet young lady with red color hair and the other sweet young lady with black curly hair. I believe her name is Anna? Thank you for always making us feel like we belong here and that we're tended to!!

“I'm a regular customer here, and I always stick to my favorite order, the mango dragonfruit lemonade drink. The drinks at this place are absolutely the best. However, I had a slight issue last Sunday when the young lady taking my order was chewing gum and didn't cover her mouth when she coughed. It was a bit off-putting. Nonetheless, in all my other visits, I've consistently received great customer service.“
