“If you have the chance to eat here, DO IT! Wish I could give it extra stars!! Amazing, delicious, authentic food. Super sweet mom running it with her two kiddos there. We came with our two year old so it was really nice to be in a kid friendly place. She made sure to bring out his food and drink as quick as possible to keep him happy which we massively appreciate 🙌 She said there was going to be a little wait, except the food came out faster than anywhere else we’ve eaten in town haha. We got the chicken wings, grilled pork bahn mi, pho, coconut prawns, a strawberry smoothie and a coconut smoothie. Everything was delicious, especially the wings. We unfortunately live in Calistoga so we can’t be regulars here but if we could, we would! Support your local restaurants working hard over greedy corporations any day!”

“Best pho in town. The food hits every time! Everything’s always cooked fresh, and full of flavor. I highly recommend grabbing their Thai tea, they make it bold, sweet and creamy ! And lastly the workers are so sweet ! Their customer service is amazing and they treat their customers so nicely. I highly recommend this place 10/10!!!”

Tony is professional with his beautiful website, clear communication, and makes you feel like family in his warm hospitality. This was the first cake I ever had made by Tony, and it exceeded my expectations. The cake tastes as good as it looks. Upon tasting my first bite I was immediately transported back in time to my childhood remembering the rich unique textures and flavors of a cake from long ago. The entire process of ordering the cake, submitting payment, and picking up the finished product went so smoothly. I simply sent Tony a picture of what I wanted, which was a random image my brother had text to me of a Loki Gator. Tony made fantasy a reality. Tony's Cakes has become our household standard. I will be returning for more "GLORIOUS" cakes as Loki would say! ***Anybody leaving negative reviews about Tony's Cakes probably didn't want to pay, failed to follow the clear instructions on the website contract, or is looking for someone to blame for their errors. Tony did everything his website and contract said he would do. When I arrived at the store all the staff made sure all of my needs were met while I was there, and Tony helped me figure out my Zelle payment, even more he helped us get the cake in the car all by himself. He really didn't have to do any of those things but he did. My only regret is that I should have thanked him more than I did in person, because I was distracted with getting the cake home safe. Dreams do come true at Tony's Cakes! If he did it for my family he can do it for yours too!”

“Best case of mistaken identity ever!

I walked in mistaking it for Vallejo Brewing Company right after they closed for the night, but the menu was so enticing I had to come back during business hours!

The red beans and rice with Cajun shrimp is an INSTANT comfort food go-to, and not to start drama, but a certain barbecue place on the block could learn a thing or two about making amazing cornbread from this chef! The perfect, fresh baked, sweet and buttery portion of cornbread I've had since my mom's recipe.

The $7 cocktail special was also amazing, not too powerful but not so watered down you couldn't feel it!

The gal working the counter was sweet as can be both times I've been in as well.

We didn't see the cart until the 17th hole.

“What we’ve had food-wise here has been just dessert and it’s pretty good. Coffee is great! I like the vibe this place has and what they are trying to accomplish. It’s cool they support different DJs and depending on the evening you will get a different set of music. Staff is friendly but you can tell there’s one guy back there preparing everything so be prepared to wait. They seem pulled quite thin. Prices are what you’d expect. It’s not cheap but not over the top IMO. I will say we’ve been approached to and from our car in this neighborhood by a variety of folks probably who are harmless but be aware of your surroundings. I definitely don’t mind 420 vibes but wish they wouldn’t allow people to smoke right outside the door since it hits you constantly while you’re sitting near the door. Seating is hit or miss. We have arrived right after opening thinking about having a full meal here only to find no seating so we will grab a coffee and go. This is why we’ve yet to try their main food. There’s never seating inside and it’s too hot lately to sit outside. If a large group comes in and takes up all the seating you are SOL. It’s worth trying and we will continue to support for sure but there’s always room for improvement. Nice to see this in Vallejo. Just wish there was more seating so we could experience it more and hang out. The one time we did arrive and found seating for once, we had dessert and it was a perfect after dinner stop!”

“Let me start off by saying I was in the area of Vallejo, which I am all the time. Decided to eat at this place for the first time. Pleasantly surprised one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. I ordered the double smash, classic and cheese fries. Proportions were very good and I personally cook smash burgers and they are hard to be topped and these are right in line. Pricing on these was very fair. Burger plus cheese, fries and medium drink 20 bucks. Not sure where you can eat and get quality like this anymore.”

“We hired this restaurant to cater my son’s 1st birthday party and I cannot say enough good things. From the moment the food was set up, the aroma alone had everyone gravitating toward the table. It was an absolute hit, I lost count of how many guests pulled me aside to ask who the caterer was.

The food was outstanding. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care and tradition. But the real showstoppers? The salsas and meat. They were exquisite, bold, complex, and completely addictive. My guests were going back for more again and again, and honestly, so was I. Days later and I’m still craving it, which is the highest compliment I can give.

Catering a children’s birthday party is no small feat, but they delivered in every way. The food was the highlight of the entire celebration, and that is not something I take lightly. If you are looking for a restaurant who will have your guests raving long after the party is over, look no further. We will absolutely be calling them again.

I don't order from Jersey Mike's often due to a health issue, so I wanted what I was craving, and therefore I was disappointed.”
