The guests really enjoyed an artichoke quiche, strawberry chicken salad and three types of mini cookies. Everyone raved about the food. It was all packaged up to be easy to serve. “I came in here to specifically order a gluten-free sandwich, since another Jersey Mike’s location nearby fell down on the job/ did not have any bread defrosted. The employees here at the Centre City Parkway location were very helpful and friendly and were careful to make my sandwich safely with my allergy in mind. “This was only my second experience with Jersey Mike's. I definitely preferred ordering online. It gives me the chance to double-check that I've ordered everything the way I want it without having to rely on someone else to repeat it back in such a way that I catch the mistake. I got my bowl without cheese this time, so I was glad. My boys all enjoyed their sandwiches, and my 5-year-old even ate his entire kids meal sandwich, which is fairly high praise from him. I guess I'll keep giving Jersey Mike's a try and definitely order online.“

“They were way understaffed for a lunch rush on a sunday. Only three people on sift. The three people working did great under the pressure. Wish management would have given them atleast two more people so the line could have moved better, and so mistakes were made, but the staff even though short handed were very welcoming and fixed my order promptly.“
