“Really great food small mom and pop restaurant they have menudo and handmade tortillas on sat and Sunday. Parking can be tricky they have a small parking lot shared with other businesses. It's better to park on the street.

“We tried the Dine LA course and it was our favorite Dine LA experience by far! We enjoyed all of the different food items and the portions were quite generous. Our favorites were the Brussels sprouts, salmon dry miso, tempura shrimp, Kobe black pepper, salmon truffle roll and butter cake. Our reservation was at 6pm and even though we didn’t dine at the bar, they allowed us to order the Fusion cocktail with the happy hour price.

Also our server, Micah, was phenomenal and really attentive.

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“I walked in for the first time time this morning with tempered expectations that were immediately shattered. The friendly greeting, the smell of fresh baked bagels, the soothing background music, the clear (and reasonable!) pricing, set in a calm neighborhood, there's honestly nothing to dislike about this spot. I received my order quickly and the onion bagel was legit NY-style! I would have taken photos but I couldn't help but become entranced by the whole experience that the bagel is already consumed. I live halfway across town but will certainly be back for another dose of delicious bageling. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The kids loved them - in the 9 box you get all the flavors and the fruity ones were a total hit and the rose sugar one. You do wait about 10-15 minutes for them to make them so if you are in a hurry maybe order ahead but we just walked around a bit and came back. It’s a cute area.“

We ordered Halibut fish tacos and kanpachi (fish cervechi), a diet coke, and a regular Mexican coke. Everything is fresh and made to order. The tacos are good. I loved the avocado shells. Just know that the salsa is very spicy (harbonero peppers), and they dont tell you up front, so just a heads up say no salsa.
