Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. The fritter is huge and might be the best I’ve ever had. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are perfect as are the other donuts I’ve had. So happy places like this still exist!!!“

“Wow. I had a long wait picking up someone from LAX so wanted boba. Gps led me to this nondescript place. Got the green Thai bob milk tea. Wow! Great flavor! Super subtle flower note, not so sweet, very light. Bob was warm and soft in the middle. This drink hits the boba spot and competes with the best of them in taste and in price.

The two people working were so friendly and got me my dozen donuts. I also ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich and a drip coffee. “This is the donut shop of my childhood and I was in the neighborhood so stopped by for the first time in decades. It was a little past 10 and they were nearly sold out of donuts... a testament to their deliciousness. I still managed to get 4 for my family. My only regret was not also ordering a ham and cheese croissant, another childhood favorite.They accept cash and credit card and service is fast and friendly. I don't know if the current owners are rated to the owners from over 20 years ago, but they're just as nice.“

The O.G. tasted like a regular donut but had its own unique flavor. The Abuelita was chocolatey. The Quincenera was sweet. The Margarita had a lemon and sour taste to it. It was different if you like sour lime type tastes. If your looking for a sugar rush get the Horchata or Quincenera donuts. Miraculously, after 6 hours my donuts were still soft. I like that.“
