“I recently ordered catering from Lokal Venice and it was such a great experience. The place itself is super cute, the interior is really well put together and just beautiful to look at.

This was my first time ordering catering from them, and it was a total success. Everything was delivered right on time, and the presentation was amazing. I ordered burritos and asked them to cut them in half, which made everything look extra neat and organized, perfect for a group setting.

I had quite a few dietary restrictions to accommodate since this was for a Teacher Appreciation Day at a school (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, egg allergies, dairy-free) and they handled everything so well. The communication was easy, they responded quickly to emails, and made the whole process stress-free.

On top of all that, they even let me take their insulated bags to make it easier to transport everything, they just asked me to return them later. I thought that was such a thoughtful and helpful touch.

I 1000% recommend them, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again for my next catering!“

“This Subway is really fast and serving and the people are really cool. Does anybody noticed that the sandwiches are super large recently did they change I have to ask next time I go there and they're huge so long I don't remember them being this big.“

“I love this place. I’m absolutely addicted to Subway pastrami sandwiches and they are a good deal considering the current environment. The staff here is so nice and goes out of their way to make your sandwich how you want it - never rushed, condiments never look stale or empty. One lady even warms the pastrami first before putting the cheese on the bread then warming again - I like that! I live up the street on Via Marina and have gone to all the fancy restaurants and bars in the area - but when I need some real good comfort food in hurry, I always come back to Subway!“

“I come here 2-3x a week for my lunch break for a buffalo sandwich (my favorite, highly recommend). The owner and Whitney are kind people and love chatting with them. I especially like all the decor during pride month. Solid and reliable sandwhich spot and I recommend it over other lunch spots nearby.“

I believe there was one vegan sandwich also. I ordered the Giving Tree sandwich , it came on delicious homemade focaccia bread with spicy mayo, herbed turkey, cheese and arugula. What a fantastic sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and was sliced SUPER THIN. The bread was really good quality. Also they sell Zapps chips which I love. The voodoo flavor is the ultimate OG.“

“This restaurant is THE ONE. Food is so good that it would make a picky eater apologize. Atmosphere? Immaculate. And Juliana, one of the managers? Absolute legend. She always greets customers with a smile and makes sure everything is going great. Customer service would make a five-star hotel take notes. The food really is excellent and the place is cleaner than my plate after I’m done eating there. As a first timer I asked what they recommend and a gentleman in the back by the name of Bob said he recommends the Cooper Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with the Sesame seed bread. “This place is a hidden gem. The Philly cheesesteak with fries/drink combo is one of my favorite lunches on the westside. Plenty of well seasoned meat & veggies, and the option to add lettuce/tomato/mayo - which I do. And the sandwich is very neatly wrapped in paper and cut in half - making it easy to eat. The crinkle cut fries are always perfectly cooked - with a crisp outside, but still fluffy inside, and then enhanced with seasoning (Lawry’s maybe?). Plus self-serve Coke fountain beverages (a sign says only 1 refill, but they don’t seem to be stingy with this).

They also have teriyaki bowls and burgers - but I haven’t tried those yet.

They have a GREAT selection of bottled & canned sodas/drinks, including Jarritos, Jones, Boylan, and Snapple - big winners!

The inside is dated and worn…and it’s perfect!
It’s been here since 1957, and appears to be family owned & operated.
This place is THE BEST - go and support - you’ll be glad you did.“

The Food: Hot & Spicy burger: I "upgraded" my burger, adding some avocado & bacon! OMG! Love the sauce & the jalapeño in my burger. Onion Ring: Great batter, super crispy! Strawberry Milkshake: Very creamy and not overly sweet! Just the way I like it~ Wings: The staff highly recommended me to try their wings. Sweet & Spicy flavor! Perfect combination~ I didn't know they have breakfast menu too? I got to come back & try out their breakfast soon~ They open at 8am. Perfect to grab freshly made breakfast before work! The Parking: Street metered parking. Side streets are residential area (parking free).“

One of the few places open in the morning for breakfast. Ordered a 6 inch philly sandwich which was delicious and filling to start the day! The salads and meat were fresh just like how we want it.

Service is great! They're friendly and quick, the tables and shop inside are kept clean. First subway experience in a long time and I'm glad we dropped by here for a quick morning meal! Thanks Subway staff!
