“Always a good interaction when coming to Z Falafel. The cooks are such nice guys and always so helpful when I may ask about one of their many options on the menu. I always try to switch up my plate when I come here and not once have I had a disappointing meal from this location. Keep going hard!“

“Orla did not disappoint! Based on my experience at Mother Tongue and … by Michael Mina restaurant has earned a I will 100% try it and trust it to be excellent. As I said Orla lives up, from the views to the impeccable service, this place could get a pass on a miss on a food item. We went for Thanksgiving so it was a different menu than usual, and honestly all the items were spectacular, except the Turkey that only one person got, so I’ll overlook that slightly dry Turkey and still go with a must visit on this one. Price points are high, but this is in a Regent and the atmosphere and service can warrant the price tag. Treat yourself!!! Michael Mina has delivered once again.
10/10 - GO
Dietary restrictions: Something for everyone here, service was so on top of any allergies, etc.
Parking: Valet, excellent service, restaurant validates to a reasonable discount“

“The outside look of this restaurant does not represent the Inside. Very lovely décor inside. Lunch was pretty busy but service is great. Food does not take long.
I had Ghormeh Sabzi. The stew as its described, is different from my understanding. Basically had one type of herb and meat plus the sauce. The sauce taste very strong. I cannot describe the flavor.
The prices are not bad. Very reasonable.
Stick with the Kabobs.“

“We are blessed to have this King Mediterráneo in Torrance. The food is delicious and very generous on the portion served. When I go there, I always try to say hello to Ara or Norah. It is such a pleasure to see and talk to them, they make me feel that we are long time friends. For sure I recommend this place and give them a FIVE STAR rating. I assure you will not be disappointed. !!!!!!“

“I’ve gone to Carousel probably more than any other restaurant in my 6 years in Los Angeles, a testiment to how consistent and delicious the food is. The staff are warm and friendly, accommodating and attentive. The portions here are generous, fresh and delicious - the best of this cuisine that LA has to offer. The atmosphere of the restaurant is traditional and comforting, and the outdoor dining space is comfortable and dog friendly. If you love tasty home cooked Mediterranean food then look no further than Carousel. Of the dozens of times I’ve been here, I’d give it 5 stars each time. A must try!“

“This review is to show that tahini was added to our uber eats delivery order when we said no to tahini (spoke with the person on the phone and was told that upload pictures for proof. uber eats told me to speak to the restaurant directly). My gf loves your food but she is severely allergic to tahini. And I always specify no tahini but you guys sometime put tahini (happened again). She wont eat so we need to throw it away“

“Mima's is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, offering an exquisite culinary journey through the flavors of Syria. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in the warmth of Syrian hospitality and the tantalizing aromas of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.
The ambiance is inviting, with cozy seating and elegant décor that transports you to the bustling streets of Aleppo or Damascus. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado of Middle Eastern cuisine or a newcomer eager to explore, Mima's caters to all palates with its diverse menu and impeccable service.
Each dish is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted with the freshest ingredients and infused with traditional spices and flavors that awaken the senses. From the silky hummus (best in the U.S> in my opinion) to the smoky baba ganoush, every bite is a delight for the taste buds.
The kebabs are succulent and perfectly grilled, bursting with flavor, while the shawarma is tender and aromatic, a true testament to the culinary expertise of the chef at Mima's. Don't miss out on their signature dishes like the mouthwatering lentil soup or the eech, each a culinary masterpiece in its own right.
But what truly sets Mima's apart is the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff, who treat every guest like family, ensuring that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Whether you're craving a quick lunch or planning a special catering event with loved ones, Mima's is the perfect destination for an unforgettable culinary adventure. Prepare to be transported to the vibrant streets of the Middle East with every delicious bite. Mima's is not just a restaurant; it's an experience you'll want to savor again and again. Five stars doesn't seem enough to truly capture the excellence of Mima's!“

“omg skip all the trendy expensive falafel spots in LA and be a Falafel Queeeeeen!!! It’s so fresh and delicious and affordable. They make and fry the falafel right in front of you. I will drive 30 mins just to get this deliciousness — and also walk across the street to shop at Zoe’s Vintique for the best fits in LA. 10/10 all around. I love this lil block.“
“This is probably my best middle east restaurant in Los Angeles. Today I prefer to eat boiled lamb with rice . I checked near me i found Yemen Kitchen. I placed an order lamb khabsa togo and some boiled vegetables and fried chicken. Food was really cooked well and delicious. I would like to eat there . They have a good taste in their foods .“

“Hummus is to die for. Had the seasonal seabass special and schnitzel, plus the strawberry and blackberry cocktail. Everything was top notch. Very friendly service. Nice ambiance. Great patio; the hedges make it feel like you're in a secluded park. If you're staying at the adjacent Sonder Crescent Hotel it's a bonus being close to this quaint 5-star restaurant. For fine-dining quality food I found the prices totally reasonable! The portions were also very filling.“

“As a Persian American, I am so glad I found this place. It offers something I’ve been wishing for my whole life, modernized Persian food. Traditional is unbeatable, but I’ve always wondered what it would be like if people took those recipes and updated them. Azizam offers that. I came specially for the kuku sandwich and it was excellent, simple and very fresh. Same with the shallot yoghurt and Kipteh. We also tried the secanjaben spritz which if you like those flavors you will love. I really love this whole concept and would love to see more dishes! The ambience is friendly and warm. Highly recommend.“

“Loved the place it’s so cute and cozy in there! The food is amazing and their gala cakes are probably some of the best I’ve had
They did accidentally switch my vegetarian order for one with check, but the servers were incredibly nice and threw in a free baklava for their mistake
Everyone is super kind! It’s kind of hard to find parking as it’s mostly street parking, but overall it was a great experience and meal“

“I recently purchased food from here while attending a conference in the city of Los angeles. It was truly fall off the bone deliciously seasoned chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy. It was a little difficult to separate out some of the smaller Bones from the half chicken but I got through it and enjoyed that I could rend the flesh with my hands because I did not have a knife and fork (I do not mind this it made me feel cool to eat it manually). The bread was spectacular and was baked to a degree of fluffiness that I have not experienced in another bread. I got it with hummus and pickled turnips which were pretty delectable, very toothesome and vibrantly colored. The sauces I chose were the tahini and the red sauce which were both nice accents on the food. I also got a delicious mint lemonade which was the perfect amount of sweet and tart with a nice cool mint flavor.
It is so difficult nowadays to find truly authentic Middle Eastern food, oftentimes it is just a poor imitation co-opted and misappropriated by people from northern Europe who think they have a claim to the land. That's why I am so glad you have gotten food from Jerusalem Chicken where I could tell it was cooked by people truly native to the land.“
