“We have enjoyed dining there. So, for a birthday celebration we ordered from the catering menu. We got a large butter chicken, small lamb masala, small naan, and a large basmati rice. The food was ready for pickup when we got there and everyone raved about it! Thanks Himalayan Bistro!“

“I wish more people ate at this place, it’s such an underrated Indian restaurant. Second time here and tried the chicken biryani. Best damn biryani I’ve ever had in my life. (My picture doesn’t do it justice but the bowl was FULL and enough to share with three people if you combine it with naan). The first time I had the tikka and the samosas which were amazing as well. I can’t say enough about this place, It’s better than any other Indian restaurants I’ve tried at major cities or more well known areas. So awesome to have this place here in Oside ????“

“I’m in love with biryani here vegetarian biryani I tried at 100places but finally I quit eating vegetable biryani But this place when I tried I loved it Will never go anywhere if I want vegetarian biryani this is my only place to go Plus another thing I love their chats samosa chat and aloo tikki chat Aloo tikki chat is my favourite one Haven’t tried anything else yet but will update if I will tried some another dishes 💯 recommended“

“Stopped by today for food, I had the Chana Masala it was delicious! Exactly what I was craving, everything from the rice to the roti. They have options for everyone. Veg and vegan which is always a plus! I will definitely be back again soon!“

“A friend of mine recommended this place because he would take his golf industry customers here. I went here for lunch and brought some co-workers with me. The food was great. We got the 65 chicken to start, tikka masala, and one other thing that they recommended. I can’t remember what is was, but it was good. We ordered everything mild to make the group happy and the spice level was perfect for the everyone. I would have probably liked medium, but it was still good. The starter, two entrees, rice, and garlic naan was plenty of food for 4 dudes. It’s a smaller place and not fancy, but we didn’t care. We came for the food and the food did not disappoint. I will go back.“

“Absolute best Indian food in San Diego county! I love spicy and got the 10 out of 10 chicken dish, which was outstanding. Initially smooth and savory with an after burner bite it was great! On the chicken kebab, which was ridiculously juicy and incredibly marinated full of flavor Last, but not least, they surprised us with dessert, which was a homemade ice cream with hints of pistachio and rosewater. Can’t really say more than that! You really want to have some fun with it order the mango smoothie it’s out of this world! #currylife #curry #indiancuisine #sanmarcos #delicious“

“This is by far the BEST location we have been to!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Trevor was phenomenal!!!! He had the kiddos and adults engaged the entire time and his cooking skills are incredible! The manager was so kind, the server was extremely friendly! They were attentive and on top of making sure our drinks were filled without even needing to ask.
