“This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. Their outdoor sitting in a quiet bylane is especially enchanting! All of the entrées we ordered were really delicious, but we especially loved their house fries and their potato leek soup, served in shot glasses. We are already looking forward to our next visit!“

“Celebrated a graduation, and I absolutely loved it here. I'm vegetarian so I can't speak to the meat but others in my party had nothing bad to say about it at all. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere... I'd definitely go back. The staff is so attentive and honest and deserving of beyond a normal tip. One guest dropped a hundred dollar bill near her seat, and the waiter brought it to her in the way out! Integrity at its finest. A definite must go!“

“I liked the food, the staff and service were great, atmosphere was good. They give you cold water about as soon as you enter today (100F day in October) so that was a nice touch.

The Dan Dan & Yibin noodles both had good flavor, I'd only dock them for how thin the noodles were. I def like a thicker noodle. Portions are on the small size but prices reflect that and I enjoy getting to order more items and try more things without investing $20 on one plate. So that was nice as well.“

The wait was less than 5 min and the place was packed with happy diners. My pumpkin curry was pleasing to the eye and tasted delicious-although some pieces of pumpkin were raw. The lemongrass chicken medium spiced was delicious (full of flavor with the bright lemongrass & herbaceous spice). We shared the mango salad with shrimp -medium spice. “I’ve enjoyed visiting Sunrise Bistro for breakfast. The convenient parking and manageable wait times make it a hassle-free spot for breakfast or brunch. I’ve tried a few dishes, like the carnitas and eggs, but my favorite by far is the smoked brisket and hash, which has become my go-to order. The only area for improvement would be the coffee. Better quality coffee and fresh creamer would really elevate the breakfast experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to dine in for breakfast or brunch.“

We got him setup and he said he would bring me lunch. Fast forward to today I forgot he had said he was bringing me lunch and to my surprise the food is amazing. “My son recommended this place, and I’m sorry I waited so long! We ordered so much food they had to move us from a 2-top to a 4-top just to accommodate! We took a lot of leftovers, but there’s not one dish I would have removed from our order. “My favorite Sushi spot in Walnut Creek!!! It’s amazing here. I get the premium omakase and hand rolls every time. (Usually spicy tuna or salmon). The fish is super fresh and my favorite nigiri is the otoro of course.

They have some rolls there that are pretty good as well. The pacific roll is one of the ones we always get. But you can’t go wrong with all the others. Just pick the one with fish you like and it will taste so good.

Also the staff is so friendly and attentive. It’s worth it every time we go :)“

“La Plaza is a hidden gem in Walnut Creek. Big menu with lots of options, you can't go wrong with anything you pick.

My go tos are the Chile Relleno or the Nachos. the Bean and Cheese Burrito is also one of the best I've ever had.

A large classic or original, was ordered, along with a fountain drink. It took about 7-10 minutes from the time the order was placed until the sandwich was received. The bread was really soft. The meat, cheese, and onion were well-balanced and flavorful. A slightly larger size or more filling would be preferred for the price. Overall, the experience was enjoyable.
