“Was curious about this branch since it’s from China and this is their 2nd location. Was happened to be 15mins away and thought to give it a try. The location is in a big shopping plaza and has a big parking lot so easy parking. They’re either remodeling or putting up new signs since outside are covered and being painting. Inside is new and clean and very spacious. Small menu and plenty of pictures to see what the foods look like. Ordered a bucket of wings for $20 and 3 chicken sandwiches for $10 (special offers at the moment). Prices are not bad at all, they do have special meal deal that is under $10. Staff are good, the wait is abit long but since I ordered, they start making it so…waited for 8mins for my orders and got it in a cool colorful bag. Smell great and if you eat it right away it’s very juicy and tasty, the burger is good and same for the wings. It just not my cup of tea of their seasoning and favor but with their dipping sauces, it just not going together for me. Overall, it was okey, good sandwich (without the seasoning), good clean store and not bad pricing.“

“I’ve been to plenty of fast-casual spots, but my recent visit to Dave’s Hot Chicken stood out, and that was entirely because of Yeffrey and Isaac. Great food brings you in, but the people behind the counter decide whether you come back. These two made sure I will.
Yeffrey was on it from the moment I walked in. He was friendly and upbeat, and he took the time to make sure my order was right without making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and it makes a difference.
Isaac was just as impressive. He kept things moving efficiently while still bringing real energy and warmth to the job. It’s obvious he cares about the customer experience, not just getting orders out the door.
What stood out most was how well they worked together. The whole place felt welcoming and well run, and that kind of atmosphere comes from employees who take pride in their work. The chicken was excellent too, but Yeffrey and Isaac made the visit memorable.

“Never been to a Dave’s Hot Chicken before, but this is my niece’s favorite fast food restaurant so it was suggested we come here for lunch.

I was not hungry so just split a chicken tender and fries with my sister, while the nieces and nephews ordered their own combos.

The chicken tender I ate was good, would considered trying it in the future. It was definitely better with Dave’s Hot Honey, which I think is the same brand we order a gallon at a time for work with our banquet orders.

Quality whole pieces of chicken and good spice blends, I can taste why it is a favorite. The fries are decent on their own, but next level with Hot Honey or Dave’s Sauce or Reaper Ranch.

Price point is higher than a McD, but quality is also higher. Worth it for the quality received.

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

Juan Pollo offers not just great food, but also a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food and exceptional service!“

My guess is when you go and pick up food utensils are in the bag provided from vendor but to my surprise I got to work and no fork to eat my rice and potato salad.
I don't think you need to remind vendor to put utensils in the bag.

“I've been a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken, but the slider at this place is as good, and even exceeds the current Dave's. The problem is the waiting time; you need to wait three times compared to Dave's, so I recommend calling and ordering in advance.“

“Krazy good! My wife and I often go for the #2 deal there. Thigh and wing, potato wedges, and biscuit. The meat has a Cajun injected seasoning (?), is moist and crunchy with a great coating. It’s my favorite in town. The potato wedges have a yummy coating on them as well, and the honey butter flavor to the biscuits is incredible. It’s all so good!“

I'm always on the hunt for good, local chicken places and this place is definitely at the top of my list. The chicken always has a good crunch to it, and the portions are very good. From the direction we were driving we had to make a U turn into the parking lot which is on a bend in the street so there’s cars turning from the other direction. They wasn’t anyone in the drive thru on a Saturday around 11:30 am. It was quick and the staff person at the window was very friendly. The food was pretty good but very greasy but understandable since it’s fried. All the sides were good but the Mac and cheese was a bit burnt. The biscuits were also doughy and to gummy for my liking. We ordered the $20 meal and the 6 chicken pieces were a good size but the sides are small and a one serving portion.“
