“I was just here yesterday! I came back to this Starbucks today because my coffee and my egg bites were delicious. I usually, always encounter kind people at the drive-thru here, yesterday was no different! A kind young lady assisted me. She was so sweet. (I wish I would have gotten her name to include it here.) But today, I had the pleasure of meeting Nick at the drive-thru. What a great way to start the day! He was so kind, friendly and courteous. His voice was welcoming from beginning to end and he even greeted me at the window with a smile. He was literally like a little angel. Lol! A complete stranger to me, that had no idea what his kindness did for my day. I just had to write a review about it. I go to a Starbucks almost daily, but this experience here just stood out amongst the rest! Great customer service is so hard to find. Rare these days!
