“This fantastic new tasting room combines Ser and Bonny Doon wines into a single wine tasting experience. There is amble indoor seating, bar seating, and a small outdoor patio area. You can do a five wine flight or a 3 wine dealer's choice sampling of different wines. Really excellent wines and friendly service. It's wonderful to have a tasting room for Bonny Doon wines again. They have really great unique wines like their Orange wine and their OVNI sparkling wine is exquisite. You can also order empanadas from Fonda Felix to pair with your wines. They are a little pricey for my taste at $7.50 per empanada but they were tasty. Definitely check out this great addition to the Aptos area!“
“Cantine is an exceptional venue and a great and spacious place to host any event!We did our wedding reception at Cantine in November 2023 and hosted 80 guests.Our guests enjoyed the flow of the space. With 80 guests, it didn’t feel crowded one bit. Some were outside on the patio with the twinkling lights, some were cozied by the fireplace, some were dancing on the dance floor, it truly is like hosting in a large beautiful and cozy room without the hassle of hosting and cleaning up. The design of Cantine’s spaces helped guests move around and enjoy everyone’s company better and that’s what we were looking for in a venue. A fancier and beautiful setting where everyone can still feel at home. Also, it’s very affordable! Something you can’t find anywhere in Santa Cruz.Keiki helped us every step of the way and would meet with us and answer all our questions and needs.A special shout out to all the staff and their service! They were all super friendly and hospitable and helped us out the whole time. The food and drinks kept on coming and not one guests felt not taken care of. “We come here on a regular basis, and the food is good barbecue delicious salads are huge wine and atmosphere is really nice. Services is great .We recently had dinner, and apparently Santa Claus paid for our whole bill! We didn’t know who or where Santa was but we definitely love this place .This is one of the best places in Prunedale.“
“Came to check out the new Watsonville Public House in Downtown Watsonville at 625 Main Street. Great craft beers by our good friends Robby & Jenni Olsen. Interestingly, it's the first brewery in Downtown Watsonville since Prohibition! Highly recommend supporting this non-profit brewery that will donate a portion of sales to great community causes. Open til 8pm“
