“I previously had a really bad experience here so I was reluctant to try it again. But I needed coffee and it had been a year or so since my bad experience so I decided to try them again.To my delight they couldnt have been nicer. One barista was so nice to me and thought my funny mask was hilarious. She said OMG and how cute it was. She said I made her day, which cheered me up so much and in turn made MY day! :D Unfortunately I'm bad with names so I forgot her name but maybe it was Rosa?Hopefully I will see her again because I will definitely be coming back.Starbucks/Target if you can figure out which barista I'm talking about, please give her a promotion. :D Customer service is so lacking these days and Californians as a general rule are not often friendly, so ita always wonderful to run into a nice helpful person!“
“It is a nice Starbucks establishment, located in Eastland Center area. I have visited this joint, several times. It was in beginning of 2024, when I used to work in the area. So, before heading to work, I would come here, to buy my breakfast and coffee. The lines were, usually, not long. At the same time, the wait time for coffee and meals was not long. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. Of course, from time to time, there were no tables available to sit down, and enjoy a coffee with breakfast meals. Still, I would usually order to go. Therefore, I am not complaining, about it. So, if anyone needs to purchase good coffee for breakfast, I would recommend a visit to this establishment.“
“First time here. Overall the staff is friendly. The only thing that stands out is the 15-18 min in-store wait. I had a sugar plum cheese Danish within that wait time but my drink didn't come out until several minutes later. It seems the priority was the drive thru. My local store gets it done in a 3rd of that time with triple the traffic.“
