“Masa-san serves chef's choice, and the food is fresh and delicious. Eating here is an extremely delightful experience. The sweet shrimp with eggs is one of my favorites. Always finish your meal with at least 1 (maybe 2 or ...) of his blue crab rolls. The crab is carefully hand-pulled, the rice is warm, and the seaweed is crisp. You won't find that combination of quality and easy dining experience anywhere else in the Valley. Please try it!“

“I just went for a 2nd time last night (1st time was last year) and oh my gosh this place is awesome! not only is the food absolutely delicious and there's a huge variety of things you could get but the service is fantastic and the servers and owner- a young lady we met, are all so nice and helpful and considerate. “Love Jo&Go Sushi. They saved me when we first moved to LA and while the house was being remodeled.

4 years later... it's still as good as first discovered. It's a neighborhood gem inside the Korean Greenland Mrkt, which btw, is also awesome.

Must try is the salmon bowl, the salmon slices are so tender and buttery... they give you a crazy amount of salmon over the rice and seriously it's enough to have a 2nd meal! One note about the bowl... I'm not a fan of drenching really good cooked rice with sauce, so I always order without the sauce. The rice is not sushi rice which makes it even more delicious... the rice is always perfectly cooked. You get a miso soup and a cute little container of pickled radish (delish). I would love to know where they source the fish... it's like being in Japan, it's so fresh.

“Saturday afternoon (yes, I know, ramen in a heatwave no judgment please 😂). I’m new to the area, so I asked Claude to recommend a spot, and it pointed me here.

Walked in and used their convenient self-checkout to place a to go order spicy beef ramen for myself. I was greeted by the sweet and amazing Eric, and honestly, I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes for my food. Beyond impressed with the speed.

The packaging was on point, and the ramen itself was so flavorful. I could’ve gone spicier (I can handle the heat!), but that’s a me thing, not a them thing.

Will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re in Simi Valley and craving real ramen.“

Chef Danny is a true artist. We had front-row seats to his craft and were mesmerized watching him turn simple ingredients into edible masterpieces. Every slice, every plate--pure precision and passion.

We shared a bento box with mixed tempura, mixed sushi, and sashimi, and were blown away by the variety and balance. The Heart Attack (fried jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and topped with spicy tuna) was absolute fire--bold, indulgent, and perfectly crispy.

The Toro and salmon were melt-in-your-mouth perfection--fresh, buttery, and honestly some of the best I've had anywhere in L.A.

Our server, Samantha, was fantastic--warm, attentive, and clearly knew the menu well. She made great recommendations and timed everything perfectly.

This place is a sushi lover's dream, without the pretense or the inflated prices of trendy spots. The prices are really affordable and the quality top notch. “This is a rare gem of a sushi restaurant in the West Hills, Woodland Hills, Calabassas, Canoga Park area. Living in West Hills we have tried most of the sushi restaurants in this area, and this by far is our favorite.

The fish is always super fresh. The portions are generous and the service is great. The pork ramen is superb and all of their rolls and sushi and sashimi are great.

Do yourself a favor. Take the 12 minute ride out of your typical haunts and reward yourself with some of the best sushi this side of the valley.“
