Thank goodness they persevered by sticking with the plan of offering a selection of USEFUL products, like botanicals that have a history of being found to be viable alternatives or supplements to what pharma offers, not over-hyped 15 minutes of fame crap. I'd never heard of a salt room, but my wife suggested we should try it. It was amazing, in the same way laying back in a chair on a beach is. Imagine the way you know that you're near the ocean when you start to taste a little bit of salt on your lips as you get closer. That's just part of the experience. I felt undistracted and found that I didn't even do much introspection during our session, because I felt so separate from the things I ruminate about and I enjoyed the pause that I don't experience with most of the meditation I do, when I actually do it. ?
