This clean, sleek gem of a place is my favorite place to have a unique cocktail and bites. The lighting is cozy and on certain nights they have live music. Go, check it out. You can stop by the main restaurant and/or step back in time and enjoy this spiffy and sophisticated spot. Love it.“

“I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. Seriously the best fish in town. No other place in our Conejo community even compares. Not too mention great ambiance, great service, and a wonderful hands on owner, Binh, who genuinely cares about your full satisfied experience. But we are all here for the sushi and again nothing else comes close to comparing in terms of quality. They are switching up what fish is in based on what's in season. If you want the full experience, try the omakase. Best in town! Thankful for this gem.“

“There are no words to describe how wonderful these people were. Royal High School 50th anniversary, the staff was wonderful, professional, courteous, kind and they busted their butts for us. The food was surprisingly good. The venue is excellent.“

“Sunset Terrace is my "GO TO" social and sports bar in Thousand Oaks and I frequent 3 times a week. By far they have the best happy hour on weekdays 3 - 7 pm. (Drinks - 50% off / Food - 25% off). They have plenty of pool tables, big screen TVs, and the only bowling alley (4 lanes) in town. The crowd is mostly locals who welcome newbies and make them feel right at home. The bartenders and servers are friendly and efficient and I rate their food a #10. The have security and I like the fact that never have I seen a fight there. The Old Rock Store is a legitimate weekend destination for anyone on two wheels. It is rare to find a motorcycle hangout that actually lives up to its reputation, but this place does.

The atmosphere is exactly what you want for a mid-ride stop, and the energy there on the weekends is great. I had a fantastic time and I already can't wait to come back. If you are looking for an authentic spot to post up during a Sunday ride, this is it.“

“We had an amazing experience at Oka's Local Craft Kitchen & Bar! Our server, Kali, was absolutely fantastic—humble, down-to-earth, and incredibly helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The food was outstanding! We tried the Vegetable Pizza, Nachos, Blue Cheese Burger, and the Shrimp with Steak, and every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Everything was truly delicious, and we can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend Oka’s for great food and exceptional service!“

The whole place feels premium. Now, this comes with a price tag, but it is markedly better than the big chains (even though many now offer recliners and menus as well).

The food here is surprisingly good. I had a chicken tikka masala pizza! The popcorn is actually prepared and served for you fresh, so it's evenly buttered and not stale.

The chairs are comfortable and extremely spacious. They're kind of arranged in pairs, so if you go with one other person, you feel like it's just the two of you, not crowded by other people. It might be a little uncomfortable to go solo.

The screens are fine - this is certainly not an immersive IMAX situation, but they get the job done.

Be prepared to pay a little more; I won't go see every movie here. But for a special occasion it's a fun option.“
