“I love this place it's been so long since we came here. I was craving a delicious breakfast today so suggested Harbor House. What can I say, been coming here for like 20 years wow that's such a long time! It doesn't even feel like that long, this place is amazing. I love their corn beef hash and eggs, I always have them make it extra crispy, the hash browns extra crispy and I got a side of extra crispy bacon. I remember they used to have the home style potatoes if I remember correctly, but it's been a while since we have been here so sort of forgot. I also had a coke with grenadine so delicious. My husband ordered the Denver Omelette with cheese with hash browns and coffee. Was a nice brunch/lunch. Usually this place is always packed with lines out the door. Today it wasn't too busy maybe we came at the off time of day. The parking lot is small and is a little crazy when it is busy but I love that it's near Sunset Beach. I love coming down here such a beautiful drive and area. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Brought our drinks and food out quickly. I love the ambiance here with all the posters of old movies and the pictures of the movie stars on the walls, the lights too, they have posters hanging on the sealing's as well. Where we sat at the top part in the back area they have these old bingo games all over the walls to which I love. Nice that they haven't changed anything for the last 25 years. Still cool atmosphere I forever love. We usually always sit in the top area of the back of the restaurant so we can overlook everything and have a private sort of area which is nice. All the food here is delicious! “We went to Disney for 3 days, this Denny's was in walking distance of our hotel and has an ART bus stop right out front to take you to the park. Every morning we were greeted by their friendly staff, enjoyed a filling breakfast and most importantly hot coffee. Frank and the crew took good care of us. Plus they are open 27/7.“
“My family and I came in for brunch today, we actually have 2 other Denny’s that are closer to us but the other ones were extremely crowded, which is expected as it is a Sunday. This Denny’s was not too crowded, and our waitress was great. She was an older Asian woman, and was extremely patient and polite. One thing that stood out to me was that she did not bring my bill mid meal as other Denny’s do. She was also very attentive the whole visit and made sure we were taken care of without being too intrusive. “They took an old Santa Fe train depot and converted it to a diner. Lots of seating. I judge diners on their bacon cheeseburgers. This place made fantastic ones. Thick, smokey bacon. Fresh beef. Crispy lettuce. Savory everything. Fries were so-so. Only two guys at the grill, but they hustled. All the staff hustled. There was not much of a wait between ordering and receiving the food. Amtrak and Metrolink trains zoom past the restaurant but they are not intrusive. Excellent all around.“
