Starbucks in Westminster

“Hard to find an exceptional Starbucks as the ubiquitous chain is more or less the same, with neighborhood variations. I know the chain has this big effort going on to have baristas write cheerful messages on your cups, and we did get an enjoy, but the sparkle and shine of Mariam, our barista, was well off the charts from any corporate training. A beautiful warm smile with eye contact and sincerity... A rare find in a standard quick serve. Starbucks, she's a model for where you need to go. She should do the training, or I suspect she's just a natural, and that sadly is hard to teplicate. Good iced coffee and a really good grilled cheese. A surprisingly nice experience where expectations are pretty low.“

“This Starbucks offers an outdoor walk-up window and drive-thru. The people are professional and cheerful. I usually order a Venti dark roast with 1 cream/1 sugar inside and am always inspired to offer a 5-spot and have them keep the change. A very well-run customer service operation at this location.“
