Just had Breakfast two days later. Chicken Fried Steak was Fantastic!!! The gravy is the way it should be; Sticks to the Ribs. Home-style potatoes or Hash Browns were a choice. Biscuits and Gravy were just as Good.“

“Must try!! On my quest to find the Best Independent Coffee Shop in the Sacramento Region…I may have found it!
In fact, it currently holds my #1 Ranking.
What a breath of fresh air East Ave Cafe is! You walk in into the freshly appointed shop and are instantly greeted by a barista. Not only instantly, but sincerely greeted making you feel welcomed as a guest of theirs.
The interior is all brand new and clean feeling. Subtle music playing with plenty of places to sit. The menu is straightforward with enough choices but not too many.
I ordered a large Cold Brew with toffee crunch syrup. Finally an independent shop that doesn’t have the sour, fruity tasting coffee that most do in the Sac region.
Lastly, and most originally, this is a Christian coffee shop where the proceeds help an adjacent church. Anyone would be welcomed, seen, and valued here though, MUCH more so than the Starbucks.“
“Starbucks is Starbucks. This one attached to Sun City Lincoln Hills is more modern than most. We had sausage, eggs, and cheese sandwiches. They were comparable to similar ones I get at my Panera's in Roseville, but these weren't quite as good. We ate outdoors. Service was excellent, lots of smiles.“
“As part of the world's biggest, coffee organization, they have an international reputation. This one attached to a Sun City Del Webb is quite modern. It's a good location and they seem to be busy most of the time, this was my second visit to this location. Lots of outdoor seating. Service was good and friendly.“

“This location has the best staff. After only a couple trips they remember your order, say hi and call you by name. Good atmosphere inside and they have a nice patio with umbrellas. Best location in Lincoln and this side of Rocklin/Roseville.“
“Every time I go to Champy's I find a treasure I am so happy that places like this are here to help the animals. The one in Yuba City closed down so disappointed. Champy's. has allot of good stuff go there and help out our furry friends“

“Literally the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to the food was fresh. The service was amazing. The food was amazing they brought it out to the table where my boyfriend and I were sitting and the guy had a big stack of condiments different flavors that we can choose from it was fabulous out of all the McDonald's I've ever been to in my 32 years of being alive this one is by far in the top three. Amazing experience!“
