It’s been open for nearly 30 years—older than I am. The owner and head chef are Vietnamese, and since Vietnam was once a French colony, their French cuisine is quite authentic. The lighting inside the restaurant is soft and dim, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere that feels like eating at home. Every dish here is freshly baked or cooked to order, with no pre-made food at all.“
