“Definitely some of the very best pho Long Beach has to offer (several sizes available for most the small or regular seems to be sufficient. They do have L & XL sizes available for the truly very hungry guests).
The broth is neither too salty nor too sweet- spiced perfectly not at all cloying as some can be.
Fried bread is a great accompaniment. Don’t miss out on the fried egg rolls which are fantastic too.“

“Nice local spot for the area, pho soup is properly seasoned and tasty. They do have pretty much all the pho types with the various meat options and same with the rice combos. I did notice a lot of people ordering the beef rib pho which I'll try next time. Egg rolls were very greasy tho, that's the only gripe.“

“Had lunch with my girlfriend and the food was excellent! The spring rolls were perfectly good! I’ve had pho before and never really liked it, so I ordered the rice and pork chop plate for myself however, I tried her ( my girlfriend) Pho and let me tell you! I’m definitely gonna be coming and having Pho the next time! Highly recommend!
P.S o don’t usually write reviews but I had to! This place is 10 outta 10“

“as recommended by ishigo optometrist over the road : we have just finished a great lunch- the restaurant is clean and modern with booths and tables and cheerful staff - big and well presented mains- I had pho: the others had the spectacular looking garlic shrimp noodles: we particularly liked the crispy: rolls and rounded off with coffees of course. now off for a long walk to settle it all down.“

“Our new go to place. You walk in and immediately know this place is authentic. A little slice of Vietnam. Family-owned, grandpa was the one who served us our soups with a smile and also gave us some great tips on the best way to eat the Pho (black and red sauce on the side for dipping). Everyone who walked in seemed like family to the owners. Very good atmosphere.“

“It’s a small restaurant but good quality. The food is delicious & has right Vietnamese taste. For you guys who like soupy food, you should try mì Quảng or different types of bún, not just Phở. My bf is a big fan of bánh mì (Vietnamese baguette). He said this restaurant would be in his top 3 Viet bánh mì.
The price here is so affordable. You’ll be surprised like “What?? In LA, with this price, are you kidding me?”. But dont forget to take cash with you. They’re good old fashioned Viet restaurant you should try.“

“Meat was tender, noodles were plenty, and the eggrolls smacked!!! The portion sizes are generous and the prices are so fair for what you get. Also I loved the broth- so clean and delicious!! Excited to eat my leftovers later, this might be my new fave spot in the South Bay!“

“I loved the selection of meat in their combo pho. The brisket was super tender and fatty the way that I like it. Also, I don’t know if there’s something unique about their Sriracha, but it’s really fragrant and floral which really enhances the experience. I’d definitely come back here. It really hit the spot“

“I was in Long Beach and decided I wanted some Pho. A few places were closed today but New Pho was open. They have their own parking lot so that’s a plus. It’s an older building but I’m not there to check out the decor. Seat yourself and they’ll bring you a menu. I ordered a large Pho Tai. Food was good and hot. Friendly server/waiter.“

“I absolutely love, love, loooooove this family friendly jewel. Starting with the food first ?, there is an abundance of everything even if it's a plate order for one person. The broth is clean, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the flavors do NOT stop with mmmmmm?. Your meal experience, will result in you leaving with a happy and full belly. I've even seen some family that brought children, with excitement for the food here and kids can be picky. The service is quick, communication is clear, and the restaurant team is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The staff, all work really hard together, to keep their customers consistently happy. They go above and beyond here, to make sure your experience is a full and comfortably wholesome one. The atmosphere is unforgettably clean like their pho broth?, there is more than enough space to keep to yourself or enjoy your company in your own bubble together with your meals. They also have outside seating, for those who prefer fresh air to themselves. I would NOT sleep on this place, if I were you. Plenty of parking, and walking distance to public transportation for those who are not personally mobile. I highly recommend this place, to anyone looking for tasty and clean pho options.“

“Tried the sampler platter and I liked the food quite a bit so I wouldn't mind trying them again in the near future. I do recommend you all to try them out as well. The multiple indoor fans and related air condition was also very welcomed.“

“I've been coming here since middle school, and even now that I'm in college, I never grow tired of it. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The restaurant has a lovely, cozy atmosphere, decorated with action figures, knickknacks, and posters that add to its charm. But the highlight is definitely the food— the pho here is outstanding and pairs perfectly with a side of spring rolls. When I’m not in the mood for soup, I always go for the stir-fried noodles; I can't recommend them enough— absolutely a 10/10!“

“Love the shrimp spring rolls and egg rolls. My daughter loves the pho and my husband likes his grilled pork and rice. We were able to dine in at 11pm. Glad we were able to make it, esp after arriving from a transatlantic flight. Thank you for the good food.
Kid-friendliness: They have a high chair and kiddie utensils that came with a scissor.“

“I am glad because there are not many places around here that serve good Pho.
The soup is light but very tasty with just the right amount of salt.
It took about 15 minutes to be served.
No alcoholic beverages are sold.
Will visit again.“

“Long Beach is becoming a food hub rivaling LA. It can go toe to toe with DTLA and its neighborhoods. Straight up. Sesame dinette is another punch 🥊. It hits. Delicious banh mi and meatballs..yes I said meatballs. Everything is sexy and succulent. On top of all that a vegan Vietnamese coffee topped with salted pandan. That’s crazy.“

“I’m not from here so this was a total shot in the dark but I LOVED the steak pho. The flavor was PERFECT and way beyond a step ahead of your typical pho spot. I’d give this 10 stars if I could. I would recommend this anytime and will stop by on my next visit!“

“Small place on 23rd and Pacific in San Pedro. Normally this kind of place you drive by. But do yourself a favor they're open for lunch and dinner only and got to stop and eat because you keep coming back.I've been eating there for 35 years. The owner is the chef right there in front of you. Snow does all her own prep work. Her son is the waiter and handles the counter and register. Pretty much a two-person show. They have an appetizer called Imperial Rolls, Almost every person that comes in orders this appetizer. Can't explain it it's just fantastic. It's like an egg roll that you wrap in lettuce and cucumber cilantro and mint dip it in a fish sauce, and when you bite down on it, you get a hot Crunchyroll wrapped with lettuce and the cucumber and herbs inside. Plan flat just good. There dinner dishes are put together with chicken or pork or beef or shrimp. You put these dishes together with different sauces and Seasonings, with some rice, noodles, fried noodles and vegetables. Hot dishes, curry dishes, fried rice and daily specials. If you like this style of food you'll love this place.“

“The location and interior was really pretty and nice to sit in. The food was also really filling and came out at a reasonable pace. It’s one of my favorite places to go to. The only thing is that the Jumbo Tiger Shrimp rice bowl just kinda seemed to lack in flavor/spice for my taste. I’d recommend the pork belly sandwich with fried egg though! It never disappoints“

“The food is good but it is not worth the price. I got the pho combination which was 16 dollars. I would not mind the price but they are stingy with the meat. I would not bother coming back when there are so many other options that are worth the price of admission.“

“Looking for lunch digs on the regular. This place opened up relatively recently, and I have been meaning to check it out. In the newly launched "The Enclave", 123Pho is a hit. AND...I didn't even try the pho yet!Ordered appetizers: bao buns with lemongrass chicken, and spring rolls with shrimp. Got a straw mang tea to go with.Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy and I could faintly taste the lemongrass - not overwhelming, but just a hint. The baos were HUGE and there were three! The spring rolls (and sauce) were on point. It was a lovely day, so the open layout and floor to ceiling windows were perfect. Easy to access with parking lot just outside.“

“My first time here because I just so happened to be in the area. I had the brisket & tendon phó. It was delicious. It had so much tendon and I loved it. Great flavor and freshness. I read some of the reviews that were negative. My experience was nothing but positive. I like to eat at mom and pop restaurants. The service was polite and attentive. Give this establishment a try. I think you’ll find it a tasty and positive experience.“

“I had a bowl of pho for breakfast, and it was so good. Thick cut brisket was wonderful and portion was good as well. Pho in this restaurant is northern Vietnamese style pho, broth is so flavorful and don't need to put any condiment(sriracha or hoisin but I recommend put some fish sauce for kick). FYI, this restaurant opens at 7am not 06 or 06:30.“

“Hole in the wall Vietnamese spot. Prompt friendly service and very fair prices in this economy. I ordered pho tai (rare steak), an order of 4 egg rolls (they are large & served cut in half...so it's more like 8 regular size egg rolls), and my friend ordered shrimp & steak fried rice that looked and smelled really good. Good size portion too. $39 before tip. We both left full and satisfied. The Vietnamese egg rolls were PERFECTION! Super crispy and flavorful. They were served with lettuce to wrap, cucumber slices, cilantro, pickled radish & carrots and a dipping sauce. The egg rolls alone are enough to bring me back to this joint! The beef pho broth was really tasty, but the noodles had an overly starchy taste. Seems like they were not rinsed after cooking. One star down for that. They also have a lot of interesting plates with different proteins and either rice or noodles that looked really appetizing and smelled amazing. Can't wait to try them next time!
Dietary restrictions: Rice and vermicelli for the gluten free. Tofu & veggies for the vegans.
Parking: Arrived on a Friday night a little before 6pm, lots of free parking in the lot. Though, it was full by the time we left. Guesstimate approximately 20 or so spaces. Restaurant is in a small strip mall with a Dominoes and donut spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. No steps. No booths.“

“Visited several times now. The star here is their Banh Mi Sandwiches, Vietnamese Coffee, and pastries. Don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation. The cashiers are tuned into their selection and what other customers have to say.
Depending on what’s ordered the wait time isn’t bad for a small sandwich shop. I dined in each time I visited and found it to be a nice place to sit with earbuds in while I escaped the heat and enjoyed my sandwich and coffee.“
