“Stopped in while visiting Healdsburg for the Jordan Winery Halloween party and had an awesome time. Classic dive bar vibe with friendly staff and a laid-back crowd. Drinks were great, service was quick, and everyone made us feel welcome. The best part, I accidentally left my credit card behind, and they went out of their way to mail it back to me. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in town!“

Yes, bring a party for the large round tables or sit at the bar. In the Sonoma County Wine Country right next to Santa Rosa High School and the Junior College, you have a high volume bar pouring whiskey, tequila and brandy with a pizza oven upstairs serving chicken wings, fresh Sonoma County style Cobb Salad, baked mushrooms, garlicky pesto, a taste for everyone including those who want deliciously ugly, tasty, nasty chili cheese melted Monster style. We still think about the chili fries hours after eating. For months since I moved to Santa Rosa from Las Vegas, I have heard about the Belvedere from people at the gym that replace protein powder with high intensity intoxicated cocktails on Friday and Saturday night, but I didn’t care to indulge underground as much as I wanted to eat pizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, before going down into the dungeon. The place is popular. Miranda helped us out like a Santa Rosa tour guide. She told us about the bars and their personalities. “What a fantastic place! We went for the Restaurant Week special and it was just stunning. Excellent potato leek bisque with espelette pepper powder for a hint of spiciness, and then my wife had a large serving of chicken and fries, and I loved the buckwheat crèpe with chanterelles, leek and cheese. But wait, there was more! A very generously sized chocolate pot de crème, just sinful. And: all that on their covered heated patio, so we could even bring doggo! Can't wait to return :)“

“One of the nicer places in Santa Rosa downtown. High quality food and drinks and suitable for business or personal. I had the Beef cheeks bourgignon which was melt-in-your-mouth fantastic. The apps were quite unique and tasty as well. Though I was there for a business dinner, would easily take my family or a date there (if I were still single).“

The outdoor seating was nice, only complaint are the sofas are a bit soft and when you're short you really sink in and the table height feels off. We solved this by putting a pillow under our butt.“

BUT I had a $50.00 gift certificate to use on a $70.+ tab and they wouldn't take it. Waiter said, manager isn't accepting gift certificates at this time. What the hell? It's not cheap to eat out any more as it is, and to not to accept a gift certificate is BS!“

“We recently went for a late-ish lunch on a Sunday, and it was very good. The selection has something for everyone.
We had a picky child, a vegetarian, a Keto eater, and 2 we'll try it alls in our party, and we all had plenty to pick from, and it was all delicious.
The White Clam Pizza was a surprise favorite. I loved my potato gnocchi, and the serving was quite a lot. The spaghetti with clams was also a large serving and delicious. The meatballs had a great balance, and my kiddo liked the pesto pasta with extra cheese.
We capped off our meal with the cookie plate, and that did not disappoint. All four items were very tasty and kid approved (kid ate them all). The atmosphere feels like grandma's house, but without the risk of your kids breaking anything.
I'd definitely say family friendly, or nice for a couple, and a good space for a group.
They have a great drink selection also if you're looking for a cocktail, or wine to go with your meal. I really liked my Elderflower Italian Soda though. We'll be back.“
