The service; I tend to be a person who doesn’t ever look the most cleaned up—when i’ve gone to sizzler, ihop, places of that sort i’ve been treated as lesser, dismissed, given burned food, etc. Today, at this location I felt human for once. Wonderful service. Cleanliness? My goodness, this place is SPOTLESS. And the food? I cleaned my plate, and finished my horchata. The low review about a stupid policy, online ordering, are just entitled people who didn’t get their way and want something to complain about. It’s a shame because this place is genuinely so good, and many people will overlook it because of a couple reviews from people wanting to spread their bad day to a business. Please give this place a chance. It should be packed everyday. I have literally no complaints. 10/10 across the board.“

“They have counter service for traditional Mexican food. Vibrant bold flavors. They are known for their carnitas, tacos and tamales.

We picked up tamales: pork, chicken, sweet corn and chile cheese. My favorite is the pork. Don’t forget their enchilada sauce to put over them!

* Flavor if chicken, pork, and rajas are good
* I appreciate that they advertise tamales are not made with lard
* Masa is soft even after re-heating. Almost too soft it falls apart
* Pricing is not bad considering the size
* Fast service, I appreciate the labels for each flavor

* More masa than filling
* Vegetarian was disappointing. Vegetable filling looks like it came from a can (peas, corn, carrots, green beans) It would have been better to just label the bean and cheese vegetarian.
* We ate all tamales except “Vegetarian”

Hubby had the bistec ranchera, which has onions and bell peppers in a tomato based sauce… hubby loved it so much he couldn’t stop talking about how yummy it was, on purpose way home. The corn tortillas are homemade as well as the chips. The salsa bar is excellent with pico de gallo and great tasting red & green salsas, the avocado salsa was excellent. The flavors were wonderful.
