“I took my brother and sister in law here for the first time in November 2025 they lived in Germany for several years and live in Iowa now anyway they love great German food which they thought they had the best German food in Des monies Iowa which is very good I was blessed to have eaten there but back to German Guys you guys totally changed their minds and both agreed that this was the best German food they have had since living in Germany the food was amazing and our waitress Vanessa was the best kind friendly and very helpful with food selections recommendations we came back a few more times before the went home I agreed with them that this is the best place to go to eat the best German food in the Central Valley also we meet the owners wife and she was just as friendly and kind spent time talking with my brother about living in Germany so 5+ stars ⭐️ please if you’re in the area and want the best German food stop in and give them a try won’t be disappointed“

“Every time we visit sizzler which is usually once to twice a month we always have a very good time enjoying our food and the service and our day when we're there we really love the menudo that they started serving not too long ago so we enjoy looking forward to that on Saturdays and Sundays and our server Ruben is usually our server when we come in we always look forward to seeing him and saying hello and he is always happy and professional. so overall our experience at Sizzler Stockton is excellent 👍😁“

“Stopped in town to buy a camping trailer and found this little gem from their reviews. Cute little cottage diner feel right on the corner! We found something from the brunch menu (they don't have a full menu on Sundays). I'm guessing it was the owner who came out and offered to make us something better. The service was impeccable and the food, delicious. Especially they're berry sauce. Will definitely stop again“
“Chad is the Main Reason we all come to Nostra Vita winery!! I highly recommend this winery for private parties. Chad always makes us feel Welcomed! Love the Champagne variety here and the indoor or outdoor atmosphere here!! They now have Pizzas for purchase here!! You WON’T be disappointed!! Cheers 🍾🥂“

“The Asada Street Tacos were decent. The salsa was okay, could’ve been better with more heat or atleast the option for more heat. The jalepeno was nice and spicy, but the radish seemed a little old.
The surprising bit of it all that made the meal was the marinated fried onions. They definitely made the tacos. The service was great and quick. Definitely would go back.“

“So tired of paying big bucks for food that tastes like cardboard. But California Al’s did not disappoint. Absolutely the best burger in Lodi❗️ Large portions, EXCELLENT flavor. Fresh handmade burger patty with all the trimmings. Great service as well, waitress was very attentive and personable. Saw people with huge breakfast platters as well, everything looked amazing. My new favorite place❣️“

“Very relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the concert. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was worried about using their porta potties but they had staff constantly cleaning them and restocking supplies. Their wine is delicious. They have good food trucks as well. Will be back!“

“I love that almost all the great local wines are available in the bar. The ribs and pesto are my favorite, and have had that more than 100 times. I like the bar and old side. I absolutely hate the new open table area in the the back and refuse to sit there. They need to give that a little more character. It is too open and noisy with poor quality tables and chairs. They could make some large booths and maybe even a curtain around the booths to quiet it down.“

“Komachi is ALWAYS the best place to go around San Joaquin Valley for sushi and other Japanese Cuisine. Their prices are right, the portions are great, the quality is always on point, the service is phenomenal and the flavor is second to none in SJC! The family-owned business has earned multiple awards year after year, and it only takes one visit to see why! Go try it out, and try the Starfire Roll, my personal favorite! I like to add Lemon on top, just my preference. Thanks Komachi!“

“Great every day wines at an unbeatable price. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. While other wineries in the area have events that require reservations and cost an arm and leg, peirano frequently holds pairing events with no charge but just reservations required. Check their website for these events,Good food, good wine and great camaraderie. What more do you need?“

“This place was phenomenal especially for the price big scoops of protein lots of options. The price had gone up and the scoops have gotten smaller. Rewards are hot and miss I have spent $70 and received one point but they don’t tel you that. Of you have multiple bowls to multiple transactions. Also I did a Instagram promotion and they changed their mind and I lost my reward 🙄. Staff is always late teens young adults mostly nice some are better than others. Still a solid place .“

“Today I dined here with my charming granddaughter and the service was absolutely spectacular! We had the french fries, curry goat, and AlooGoobi with naan bread and rice. I love their chutney and again the Customer Service is superb❣️ Will definitely 👍🏽 be back 💯😊“

There’s not a lot of good Filipino places around the 209 area but SISIG & BOBA is def one of the Best ones! 👍🏽 def coming here to eat more when I crave Filipino foods 🔥 they also have a location in Tracy which is very convenient since we actually live out here.“

“Stopped for lunch a couple weeks ago. It was our first time dining at the Grateful Gypsy Bistro. I had the fresh pasta with bolognese, Hubby had a burger. We both were beyond impressed. My Bolognese was delicious! Best I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Imo- better than the one at Pasta Moon! Hubby’s burger was equally delicious… Food was amazing! Portions were plentiful. We will definitely be back!“

“No matter what you order everything is so delicious. I recommend when they have weekly specials you try it because you won’t go wrong. Their soups are to die for!! “Was driving across town after an inspection. Googled Thai restaurant's. This one had a 4.6. So we gave it a shot. Meal was great, service pleasant and helpful. Owner came out and chatted with us. We really enjoyed our selves. We'll be back .

“We had an excellent lunch here today. The service was friendly and attentive, and the place is small and homey. We ordered an asada quesadilla, chips and guacamole, a carnitas burrito with white cheese sauce, a carnitas burrito bowl, jamaica agua fresca (one of the best I’ve had - not too sweet!), and flan. The portions were big enough that we both took home half of our meal and everything tasted super fresh. We’ll be back!“
“This is another place you're made to feel like old friends. This is family owned and they welcome you with a genuine warmth. Denise (mom of the family) is your hostess and along with excellent wine usually has a home made treat to offer up. Its a place you immediately become friends with other patrons. I had the Cab...excellent ! And my gentleman had the Zin. P.S...NO small pours here! Check their schedule as they are not open everyday, but usually open at noon over the weekend. Highly Recommended!!“

“What a great find this winery was! I visited the Lodi Wine & Visitor Center, and told them I was interested in old vine Zinfandels. When I told them I was looking for some old vines to get photos of, they recommended that I visit Lucas Winery, and they were so right! A beautiful location, lovely staff, and Zin Star Vines established in 1933.
I also loved the wall of different soils, and they had a great assortment to taste. Wineries like this are what will bring me back asap - great wines, great hospitality with lots to see and do.“
