“Great store unless the guy with silver hair and serious weird attitude is on register we actually watched him argue angrily at a girl who came in to grab her pre order coffee he kept yelling at her that she ordered a sandwich she said no sir just a drink he got loud and nasty it was bad he has acted like this many mornings otherwise this is an awesome fast clean effecient store“

“Update...we went back the next day and the matcha was spot on and they gave it to us free!

Original review....Our Matcha lattes were very clumpy and we couldn't drink them....1 star but adding 2 stars because the manager offered us a free drink instead. Matcha needs to be sifted and whisked.“

“John was super awesome and gave us great customer service! I felt very welcomed at this location and my dirty chai was excellent. The baristas were all very friendly and smiley. Overall a favorite Starbucks visit as of late! Well done, team!“

“Ya know... This location is so hit or miss. The drive-through is *Always* staffed by friendly people. But I like to go in. Except... It seems like fairly often, there is some interpersonal stuff going on, and all of the inside staff is in a growl. Yesterday, I walked in, and there was no eye contact from any of the (six!) people there for at least 5 minutes. When I pointed that out to 'my' barrista, she just grunted. I don't know, maybe somebody had died that morning? But it's a fairly common experience - just at this location though. What's up?

I know it isn't anything to do with employee treatment, because when I ask how the unionization movement is going, they all pretend that they've never heard about it. Or maybe the workers at this branch are actually that ignorant of what's going on with their company....?“

“I come here a few times when I'm in the area for work and by far one of my favorite Starbucks store to come to! The baristas are awesome people with great attitude and a smile on their face. Came in after a work day drenched in sweat and one of the baristas handed me a water on the spot while I waited for my drink as he could tell I was dying lol“

“Every time I’ve visited this Starbucks, my drink or food item ( I love Starbucks breakfast sandwiches) has been ready right on time when I order online, and the staff is always friendly. I really like this location cause it’s clean, has outdoor seating, and is set in a nice outdoor mall, it’s a great spot to relax or take a quick break.“

“Staff is very welcoming and friendly! I am a little picky when it comes to my coffee, and I appreciate when they're willing to remake it, because it makes my day better and the drink is less likely to go to waste. When I think of Starbucks, this location simplifies my definition of it. :)“

“This particular Starbucks is located in the main lobby of a Marriott Hotel. The employees were courteous and polite. I order a hot vanilla latte with heavy whipping cream and it was made perfect. I also got the egg, sausage and cheese burrito which was very good and actually filling. I highly recommend both!

“This is a nice little Starbucks, but not especially accommodating for people with laptops, it's more of an in & out kind of place.It's in a strip mall, next to an anchor grocery store, parking is a nightmare, but if you're eastbound on Ventura Blvd then it's a convenient stop, notwithstanding the lack of available parking (as many spaces as there actually are), and of course, no drive-thru service available.“

“Besides the AMAZING food, India Clay Pit is always very welcoming. I miss being able to dine in due to Covid, but I recently came in for take out and was greeted kindly and the food was just as delicious as ever. Do yourself a favorite and give this family owned restaurant a try! Prices are amazing, too!“
