“Bouchon Bistro will forever hold a special place in our hearts. My wife and I have been coming here for over 12 years, and it’s not only one of our all-time favorite restaurants; it’s a must every time we visit Napa. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, our engagement, and soon we’ll be back in December for our babymoon.
The food is consistently exceptional. The roast chicken is the best we’ve ever had, the steak frites is divine, and the salade lyonnaise is indulgent perfection. You simply have to end the evening with the profiteroles and crème brûlée; it’s non-negotiable.
But what truly sets Bouchon apart is the team. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Their hospitality is world-class, and it’s clear they take immense pride in what they do.
Thank you, Bouchon, for being such an enduring part of our lives and memories. We can’t wait to be back soon.”

“If you’re looking for the best Mexican food in the area, Tacos Garcia is the spot. I’ve eaten here multiple times, and the food never disappoints—fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying.
The al pastor nachos are a personal favorite. Perfectly seasoned meat, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of crunch—every bite hits. Their tacos are also excellent. I’ve had both the al pastor and the carnitas, and both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Just a heads-up: they run spicy! Not overwhelmingly so, but if I had known ahead of time, I probably would’ve asked for a little crema on the side to balance things out.
I also tried a quesadilla, which was really tasty, but not served in the traditional handheld style I’m used to. It came cut into pieces, on a bed of lettuce with salsa—more of a plated dish than a grab-and-go option. Since I work in the vineyards, I usually prefer something easier to eat with my hands on the go. That said, the flavors were still on point.
One important tip: Tacos Garcia is cash only, so make sure you have some money on you before you go.
Overall, I really love the food here. It's flavorful, consistent, and made with care—hands down the best Mexican in this area.”

“From the moment we walked through the doors of The French Laundry, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail—from the warm welcome at the beginning of the evening to the unforgettable kitchen tour at the end—was executed with a level of care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that sets the gold standard for fine dining.\n\nThe entire team made us feel truly special. Every person who touched our table contributed to an experience that was seamless, thoughtful, and memorable. Service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and each interaction felt authentic and intentional.\n\nThe food itself was exceptional—beautifully prepared, perfectly paced, and full of flavor and creativity. Each course built upon the last, making the meal feel like a carefully composed journey rather than simply a dinner.\n\nI would especially like to give kudos to Brighton (I believe that was his name). His professionalism, knowledge, and warmth elevated the entire evening. He embodied what great hospitality should be and left a lasting impression on us.\n\nThe French Laundry is more than a restaurant—it is an experience. From beginning to end, it was flawless, memorable, and truly something we will never forget. We are grateful to the entire team for an evening that exceeded every expectation.\n\nHighly recommended, and very much worth the experience.”

“We decided to stop for lunch in downtown Yountville. We ordered two cheeseburgers (my husband's burger was a double), fries to share and two drinks. The food was fresh and delicious. But we were sticker shocked by the price. It ended up being $70! The staff were also not very friendly. The atmosphere was small and cozy (best suited for 1-2 people). Overall it was a fun afternoon but probably would only go on special occasions as tbe price point is high.”

“Hope and Grace is very special for my wife and I. We visited here years ago after our engagement and r coming back to see the new location was a fantastic experience. The purple, wine, and overall atmosphere is top tier. I highly recommend this be on your list when visiting Yountville!”
“This was a lovely location. We had a wonderful hostess, Amy, who was super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere for the tasting was sitting outside at a table with just our party and felt very personal and friendly. The wine wasn’t our taste, and this was one of only a couple wineries we did not make a purchase, but the experience was still super pleasant.”

“Their focus is the Hotel Yountville and don't offer dinner, but I was happy with breakfast both days we ate there. Cute environment with fireplace and plenty of seating. The "open kitchen" concept feels a little too close for me, but you definitely know your food is on the way.Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were always present and on top of helping us with water, coffee and our food.”

“The pastries are incredible. Can’t find anything matching this quality in Northern California. But what strikes me perhaps even more is that the service is so friendly despite all their foot traffic. There is always a line and these folks are always pleasant and a smiles.
Couldn’t be better. A well-earned 5 stars.”

“10 out of 10 recommend if in Napa. Symptomatic celiac wife and they offered nearly entire menu, including several desserts, are or can be made gluten free. Burrata with roasted peppers, crispy artichoke, and king salmon. Caramelized banana split for dessert. All were excellent. Amazing ambience—art gallery, chandeliers, huge fire places, live trees with lights, glass atrium ceiling. Service was friendly, attentive, and quick! Waiter even phoned our hotel when it was time for shuttle to come pick us up. Well done, RH.”

“Had to check if Pancha's was still there. Super sad to see "Temporarily Closed" on Google. Seasonal?? The bad reviews crack me up, because if you're not small town, you're definitely not going to dig this place. There's plenty of fancy places to go. If we're going back, this is one of the first places I want a drink. Hope everyone is good at Pancha's! ? My advice, go here, drink whiskey, tip generously, chat with the locals, and leave your ego out on the curb. ✌?”
