“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“They actually have 3 main dishes that are or can be made vegan. They have ramen that can be vegan, they have vegan Khao Soi, they have a cold sesame noodle dish that you can swap out the chicken for mushrooms and/or tofu. They also have 1-2 apps that are vegan. This place is totally worth the visit.“

“We went for bowls of Ramen to ease our holiday coughs and make the colder weather easier. Excellent ramen, both regular and spicy tonkatsu. Broth, noodles, pork belly were everything we wanted. Home made gyoza worth the order. We'll be back.“

“Corner Ramen & Poke is a cozy and trendy eatery located in Denver that offers a fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian cuisine. The restaurant boasts a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which perfectly complements their delicious menu items. One of their most popular dishes is the yaki udon, which is a stir-fried noodle dish. The yaki udon is packed with flavor and features a variety of fresh vegetables and protein options, such as chicken or tofu. Customers rave about the generous portions and how satisfying the dish is. Another standout menu item is their ramen, which is made from scratch and cooked to perfection. The broth is rich and savory, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. Customers appreciate the variety of toppings available, such as soft-boiled eggs, pork belly, and vegetables, which add depth and texture to the dish. Finally, the poke bowl at Corner Ramen & Poke is a must-try for any sushi or seafood lover. The poke bowl is a fresh and healthy option, with a variety of colorful ingredients like raw salmon or tuna, avocado, edamame, and seaweed. Customers appreciate the quality and freshness of the ingredients and how the flavors come together in a perfect balance.“

“Can we talk about our culture of inauthenticity and mass production in the age of covid? The antidote is Ramen Star. Hot (but high quality) sake and a bowl of their homemade kimchi ramen (with in-house broth) is the power lunch that strengthens the host to fight the invader. My dining in experience was further enhanced by the handmade metal screens (made by the head chef), subtle decor and gentle piano music. The quality food was equally matched by the service. I just wanted some lunch, but I got a solo nomad staycation. Thank you Ramen Star. Five stars! ✨ ⭐️ 💫 🌟❤️🔥“
“Wow!..Saturday night, 11:30pm, just got done playing a show at Seventh Circle across the street- my wife thought Raman would be good…yes!, but where do you find ramen that late? We decided to check out Raman Moment- It’s a ghost kitchen, so you scan a QR, pick out food and wait- we chose the Spicy Miso Ramen and Tankatsu Ramen…Wow!!!!…everything was the best…great containers, full utensils (chopsticks too)and a reusable bag—-the Ramen was amazing- fresh, delicious, perfectly prepared and still hot when we got home…we had just spent a month in Japan and this food make us ache to go back- hands-down, best Ramen in Denver we have found“

“This review is mainly about the tonkotsu ramen. It’s absolutely sub-par and unacceptable. They charged me a $1.50 to add half an egg that wasn’t even soft boiled (it was hard boiled). The broth was flavorless and not thick or creamy enough. It only comes with some bok choy and pickled ginger with 3 measly thin pieces of chashu pork. It should be a $10 bowl of ramen MAX. I paid almost $20. Love this places sushi but there’s way too many better ramen places in the area. It would cost them almost nothing to upgrade their ramen considering it uses the simplest and most available ingredients which just shows a conplete lack of care. However their sushi is great and would recommend it over many sushi places in the area.“

“This place is my new go-to Denver restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and its not overpriced like every other restaurant in the area. I tried their black garlic ramen bowl and it was so much better than i expected it to be. I didnt take any photos but the photos you see from other reviews are accurate. I cannot imagine what a huge disservice it must be for this local spot to be stuck next to a chopstickers. 100% must try if your looking for something in the rino area!“

“My husband had his 40th birthday here last weekend and we had a group of 15 joining for dinner. I did email to ask about this in advance and they were super accommodating to us all. We received our food in record time with everyone really enjoying the flavors and types of ramen we all got. The appetizers were good as well - those pork dumplings were definitely the star there! And the prices are unbeatable. We were even able to bring a cake in and the staff were kind enough to assist where needed throughout. All in all, awesome spot! We've been here sporadically for a while and there is a reason why its one of our favorites in the city!
Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options here
Dietary restrictions: They do have a few vegetarian options and some can be made GF.“

“Menya is by far the best ramen spot in Denver. They always have incredible service and fantastic food (I'm a huge fan of their kimchi, takoyaki and spicy miso ramen), and they will actually make things legitimately spicy AND super tasty. 11/10, will always make a trip to Menya whenever I get the chance.“

“We were staying in Cherry Creek and looked up Ramen places. Even though there were some nearer to our hotel, I looked up reviews and this place was highly recommended. We all ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and we all loved it! The pork had a lovely grill flavor and the egg was perfect because it wasn't to soy-saucy marinated. The noodles were classic and the bowl was huge! Service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend.“

“Sukiya is, without a doubt, my favorite place to get ramen in the Denver metro area. The physical location of the actual restaurant is small, but very cozy. Parking is available and easy to access. The service is always really great and quick. The food itself is incredible. In particular, the gyoza and spicy tonkatsu are my go-to orders!“

“We have had several great experiences here before we go see a movie next door, and I would say the value and service are what stick out the most. Their lunch sushi specials are a great deal, and I would recommend looking at your watch before going. $14 is a steal for the amount of food you get. And, although we are in the summer now, I love, love, love their ramen. I got the 1st sushi option this trip, and the wife got the 3rd one. The quality of the food was pretty darn good for the money, and our service was great. They give you wasabi, and I even asked for more (pictured...PLENTY of extra), but know they have a tasty chili sauce on the table too. This place is one of our light meal go-to's before a movie, when we stuff our face with truffle popcorn. The quality of sushi isn't quite a five, the ramen is sure close, I definitely recommend, and see you there...“

“Great duck bao buns, very nice curry chicken noodle dish (tasted better than it looked - the curry sauce looked a little “lumpy” but it was actually really good). Homemade were nicely done. Very clean and neat inside, with plenty of seating. Order at counter and delivered to you. Not the most extensive menu but it all looked good.“

“We were given this recommendation from a friend who lives in Denver. The food was INCREDIBLE, the drinks were delightful, the food came out quickly, despite them being busy on NYE. The music was loud, the laughter along with the people having a great time, made the perfect downtown Denver experience. The ambience is beautiful, the lighting and decor really set the vibe. We would definitely go back on our next visit.“
