The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. “They actually have 3 main dishes that are or can be made vegan. They have ramen that can be vegan, they have vegan Khao Soi, they have a cold sesame noodle dish that you can swap out the chicken for mushrooms and/or tofu. They also have 1-2 apps that are vegan. This place is totally worth the visit.“

We decided to check out Raman Moment- It’s a ghost kitchen, so you scan a QR, pick out food and wait- we chose the Spicy Miso Ramen and Tankatsu Ramen…Wow!!!!…everything was the best…great containers, full utensils (chopsticks too)and a reusable bag—-the Ramen was amazing- fresh, delicious, perfectly prepared and still hot when we got home…we had just spent a month in Japan and this food make us ache to go back- hands-down, best Ramen in Denver we have found“

“TOKIO is an absolute gem in Denver! I came for the ramen but also loved their sushi! (Monday is $2 salmon night). The ramen menu is stacked with delicious options, my pick was the spicy shoyu, rich and comforting with perfect chashu pork. I also tried the Kyoto Matcha IPA, which was super unique and surprisingly refreshing. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and great specials like sea eel and sea urchin. “Can we talk about our culture of inauthenticity and mass production in the age of covid? The antidote is Ramen Star. Hot (but high quality) sake and a bowl of their homemade kimchi ramen (with in-house broth) is the power lunch that strengthens the host to fight the invader. My dining in experience was further enhanced by the handmade metal screens (made by the head chef), subtle decor and gentle piano music. The quality food was equally matched by the service. “This was a good ramen spot. There are so many trash ramen places and thankfully this was not one of them. I got the Tonkatsu ramen with spicy level spice. I also added extra pork belly for some extra protein. The chili oil on the tables was a tasty addition to the broth. They also sell poke bowls and meat bowls. Give this spot a try if your in the downtown Denver area. The prices were very fair.“

“My husband had his 40th birthday here last weekend and we had a group of 15 joining for dinner. I did email to ask about this in advance and they were super accommodating to us all. We received our food in record time with everyone really enjoying the flavors and types of ramen we all got. The appetizers were good as well - those pork dumplings were definitely the star there! And the prices are unbeatable. We were even able to bring a cake in and the staff were kind enough to assist where needed throughout. All in all, awesome spot! We've been here sporadically for a while and there is a reason why its one of our favorites in the city!

“A yummy spot for ramen and Asian-style tapas.
I got the spicy miso ramen with pork belly; the spicy miso broth was actually spicy, it had a good flavor, the noodles had great chew, and the egg was delicious! The pork wasn't my favorite I've had, but still yummy and had a good taste.
I also had the crab croquettes, which were delicious. The sauce was a great pairing, and I appreciated the little salad underneath for extra greenery in the meal.
Bar seating and a nice choice for solo dining!

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating, although a little narrow to maneuver. It's on the 16th Street mall, which is pedestrian, so unknown parking options nearby other than street.“

“If you're in the DU area, I feel Tatsu is a must try! The food was great, everyone enjoyed what they got. My kimchi ramen was killer! It's not a large place and it was filling up quickly during our visit. Looking forward to heading back when in the area!“

“Was here for quick lunch while on conference in nearby hotel. There were little people and service was pretty prompt. Had the standard tonkutsu ramen and it was pretty good - comparable to a decent ramen place in SF. Broth was flavorful, chashu not too thick, egg was done just right.“
