“Keeping it simple:
Loved the food. Especially the Tokyo style ramen and the xlb dumplings. (Table favorites for sure)
Atmosphere was A+. Great for our small group of friends in town for a quick mountain trip.
The Bonuses are location and great prices for the Aspen area!
We’ll be back next trip!“

“If you happen to be staying at The Little Nell or visiting Aspen make brunch reservations at Element 47. Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!“

“Was in aspen for 5 days and ate here every single day. The pizza is incredible, drinks are on point, and the service is incredible. It is clear this place is well managed by people who care about what they deliver to the public. Stay forever ipa is amazing and the pepperoni pizza is hands down the best in aspen by a mile.
Great job yall“
“A Squared Private chef are incredible. The entire experience was wonderful. They are very professional. We has delicious pork satay, smashed cucumber salad, Pho with chicken and shrimp and a delicious Carlota for dessert. I can't wait for my next dining experience with them. Highly recommend“

“What a lovely evening! We went to Camp de Fiori for date night and had a lovely meal. It's old school Italian that makes you feel like you are in your grandmother's kitchen. The pasta! The homemade pasta was cooked perfectly. The desserts were fantastic! Looking forward to returning.“

“Organic, plant based and nutrient dense? Sign me up for a visit to this cafe every time I’m in Aspen/Snowmass.
The food is beautiful, fresh, nutritious and tasty!
I went for a tofu bowl which included veggies & quinoa - I couldn’t have been happier. Who knew quinoa could taste this good? Not this girl.
Everything my partner and I had were cooked and flavored to perfection (he went for the burrito). In some instances the dishes are large and can be eaten for two meals.
Prices are on par with the area & the space is definitely popular. There’s lots of seating tho folks enjoy lingering and conversing
Our coffee and tea drinks were ok. The food is what will be bringing us back again and again.“

“Craving some spicy food and decided to give this place a try! While the flavors aren’t the most authentic Szechuan, it’s definitely worth it for this town. The dishes hit the spot with the right amount of heat, and portions are generous. A great choice when you’re in the mood for bold flavors and something different.
Started Lazi Chicken ( Crispy Chicken with chilies ) and Chill Oil steamed wontons ( pork) as appetizers.
The Szechuan Hot Oil Steak was especially tasty — the rich flavors pair perfectly with rice
I usually eat pretty spicy, so I’d rate their “3 chili” spice level about a 4/10 for me. But for my friend who doesn’t eat much spice, it was more like a 9/10 — so it really depends on your tolerance.“

“Aqualina is a solid place to eat in Aspen. Great variety of menu items, fancy pasts dishes to woodfired pizza. My pasta was cooked perfectly but also unremarkable, the arugula salad was outstanding and the Tirimisu was off the chart delicious! Our server was fantastic, she was efficient, friendly and non intrusive.“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. And the servers are the best!! ❤️❤️❤️“
