The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. “We had a good lunch here! We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy for lunch. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my friends got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken passion sandwich (I think that’s what it was called! It came with like a plum sauce). It was exactly what I wanted and the bread specifically is amazing! Had a local feel to it. The plum sauce was good too. It is sweet, but not too much and goes well with the chicken (or the fries!)

“The bbq pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. The waiter was a little under par. He just wasn't as attentive to us as he was others. We ordered 2 beers he only brought one. And when we said we wanted 2. He had a attitude. But then apologized right before he brought the bill.“

The food is served apparently only some days.. then there's no wait staff I guess anymore, and as much as this place suppose to be bumpin' for any apres ski time they decide to close at 4pm or so.. blew my mind.. absolutely the most prime real estate .. the way its ran I guarantee they're hitting less than 50% of its potential revenue! “My wife and I go to the Vail Valley pretty often and this is our favorite restaurant. During happy hour, which I think is from 2 to 5, they have a discount on many of the cheeses and a couple of really nice happy hour drink specials on the wines. Occasionally, they also have oysters on the half shelf that are very fresh.

There’s 25 or 30 different cheeses that you can get. They come in a small portion and they can be served with all sorts of little nuts and dried fruits and honey and figs.

There’s also some sandwiches, soups, and other options if you want to eat something other than cheese. It’s a really fun place. During peak times, you might have to wait.“

“This was my go-to place after a hard day's work. I would get their amazing pizzas, and cold beer. The wait staff, and bartenders, were really friendly and helpful, especially since I was new to the area. My time in that area was cut short but I would definitely try to stop in if I ever came back.

If you savvy yourself a bourbon or whiskey drinker only, please don't hesitate to check this place out. They're smoked vodka is something I've never had before. If an old-fashioned is up your alley, give them a chance to prove to you how good a smoked vodka based cocktail can be.

No hyperbole, I've never had a smoother vodka in my life. Take what you know about harsh or super sweet vodkas and throw it out the window.

“Oh.My.Lord! Amazing!!! We went for dinner 12/5 while up at Vail. Charles, one of the managers, was thoughtful, checked to see how our experience was…it was second-to-none! The restaurant is beautiful, love the open kitchen, the staff—kind, informative, attentive. But the food! Next level!! The pork shank is the best pork I’ve ever had . . . wow! Charles told us the lengthy process it takes to make that, so delicious! The clam chowder was exceptional; they smoke the clams before putting in the chowder. That slight smoky flavor made this the best chowder I’ve ever tasted!
In summary, beautiful restaurant, great customer service and outstanding food!! Go!! You won’t be disappointed.“
