“Updating my review: interesting food choices, happy to see a few vegan options. The vegan chili was a bit spicier than medium. That being said, for most people desperate to find vegan choices, I would think a mild chili would please more folks, as you can always add hot sauce. It was too spicy for my husband and if I had ordered a bowl instead of a cup, I know I wouldn't finish it as it was too spicy. The quinoa/black bean burger I had was mushy, but the vegetable toppings were delicious, as was the bun. Would love to see more vegetable options.“

“Me and my husband ate there tonight. It was really good service and super yummy food. The prickly pear lemonade was a lil tart but in a great way. The special drink of the night was a good amount of liquor to beer ratio. The appetizer of chili cheese fries was just yum! That white cheddar cheese sauce if amazing. I got The Ned burger with fries. It was perfectly cook and didn't have too much lettuce or tomato on it. My husband got The Rancher Mac and cheese skillet. It was very cheesey and didn't have too many green onions which was delicious. We couldn't get dessert this time as we were too full but we will be back again soon! 😄“

“Just happened upon this cozy little lounge. Upon walking in, the cutest little man was playing his guitar and singing some jazzy tunes, dressed to the T, in his Hank Sr cowboy attire. I found out he'd just celebrated his 97th birthday and plays there every Friday night. What a treat it was to listen. The service was quick and on point, the food was awesome, i had the fish n chips n slaw and I left stuffed! Definitely a great experience.“

“I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my husband there this Saturday. They were able to accommodate our large group reservation. They even called the day before to check and make sure everything was good to go with my reservation. Our server Forrest was absolutely amazing! He did such an awesome job the entire time we were there! Constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. His energy was hilarious and made the whole experience even better! “The restaurant is nestled in a charming, vintage neighborhood in Longmont. They even off valet parking. The owner of the restaurant himself, took the time to make sure we were comfortable while we were waiting for our table.. He even took us there when it was ready.!He suggested the tiki seating area in the outdoor patio. It seats six, so we were joined by two other couples. The conversation was lively and interesting. My fiancée ordered the tuna fish sandwich and I had the beet salad, both were tasty! The sun had gone down by now and the subdued lighting added a new level of ambience.. We capped off the night with the citrus cake and coffee. The service was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be going back there again!“

“The place is a welcoming roadhouse bar experience, and a blue collar fun atmosphere. The staff are a fun bunch and appear to enjoy working there. The food is great! If you like smoked meats, eat here, you won’t be disappointed no matter what you order. It’s also a hang out for some of the friendly local folks!“

“Unfortunately I did not get any photos, but the overall vibe of the restaurant was very nice. I love the vintage decor on the inside.
As for the food, it was delicious! Very interesting menu. I would say that the calamari was my favorite.
I did try a martini, which was very good as well! Next time I will have to try with the cheese stuffed olives.
I’m sure they’d kill it on one of those Caesar salad martinis I’ve seen online.
The service was great! The young lady at the front was very attentive and reassuring. Excellent customer service from her specifically. We showed up quite early for our reservation. Best to show up anywhere from 5-10 minutes before your reservation so you don’t have to wait- their schedule is pretty tight (which isn’t a bad sign!)

“Holly was a great waitress. It took 10 or so minutes to be served and about 25 minutes before we ate. We only had 1 menu for 3 of us. Ordered drinks. Baja burger, House Salad, Philly Cheese steak, and the Chicken Quesadilla were all So Good. I honestly think it's the best burger in town. YUM. Sadly the drinks were not as great. The Pineapple bomb was a shot of Fireball. No pineapple. The Mile High was kinda watered down. The Orange Crush was kinda bitter. The Espresso and Avalanche were really good. The atmosphere was cool. I wonder why it is a sports bar though. Sports were on, but nobody was watching. I also kept forgetting the name of the bar. Champion something?“

She pays attention to the singers and gets the whole crowd going. We travel a lot and always look for karaoke wherever we go, she is honestly the best we have seen in a while. “I had such amazing food at this lazy dog, but I had even better service! My server, olivia, was so sweet and helpful. She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the club sandwich and asked for it without bacon, but they accidentally left the bacon on. Olivia was so kind and diligent with getting my order fixed just to my liking. She was so attentive when i needed more water and was always coming over asking how everything was tasting. This was some of the best service I have ever gotten! I will be back soon and I will be making sure to ask to be seated with olivia!“

“Comet chicken is an absolute must. Parking may be difficult during busy hours but this location has plenty of public parking nearby. The staff was patient while we chose what we were getting, the food was made on the spot and was ready fast and they had plenty of staff to make this happen. The portions are huge. It’s a cool atmosphere to dine in as well. I will continue to frequent this restaurant for my beloved Bahn Mi Bowl!“
