“We came in for dinner and the staff were very hospitable. Crook's Palace has some of the most delicious BBQ Ive had in this state, I was not expecting this in Black Hawk.
We had the Burnt end pork belly nachos (amazing) and the BBQ meat platter with brisket and pulled pork . Everything was great, we will be back to try more items. If you are in town or close by, make it a point to stop in and try some Q !!!!”

“I had a great experience thanks to our waiter, Kartik. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. He checked in at the right times without being intrusive and had a really positive attitude that made the whole meal more enjoyable.

Kartik was highly knowledgeable about the menu and gave helpful recommendations that turned out to be excellent. Our food came out quickly, and he made sure our drinks were always refilled. It’s clear he cares about providing good service and making customers feel welcome.

Overall, Kartik made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely come back and hope to be served by him again. Great service all around.”

“A perfect, quiet escape from the casino! The corn dog was solid, and the San Fran dog was a huge hit with my husband. We’ll definitely be back for the food. The self-serve beer wall is a cool concept, though I struggled with a bit too much foam taking up my pour allotment (even with a proper glass tilt). Overall, still worth a visit!”

“Sat at the bar for dinner. Abbie makes THE BEST Old Fashioned’s. Had the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer, wedge salad and Delmonico steak for dinner. All the food was top notch, especially the steak. The flavor was amazing, highly recommend. Too full for dessert!”
