“I’ve been going to Blue River Bistro for 15 years. The past few years happy hour menu has shrunk down to four or five choices that are even halfway decent. The drinks during half hour are great. The dinner is very good with the good choice. This just shows you that Breckenridge is in big native bars and restaurants offer a good happy hour.“

“End of our holiday in Breckenridge, looking for an easy dinner before we leave tomorrow. The mac and cheese , buffalo chicken, was very moist and properly seasoned. It's spicy, but that's what Buffalo is about. My wife had a Ceasers with grilled chicken, excellent and enjoyable for both. I had one of their signature drinks, it was very good. They do infused alcohol here and seem to get it right. Right. Not too sweet. Lucas, who was our server was attentive but not overbearing, got things when we needed them and did a great job.“

“Nice place to stop for a rest or lunch when you're skiing at Breck. Cheeseburger and fries were decent. They have a bar but I didn't use it due to the altitude. Bathrooms were adequate - hard to keep clean with many people coming through. Great views out the windows and nice outdoor seating.“

“The food here is the best restaurant on the mountain. The upstairs noodle bowl is delicious. If you are expecting it to be traditional ramen, you may be left confused or disappointed. It's a wonderful hodgepodge of different Asian styles. The broth is more of a Vietnamese pho broth, plenty of veggies and 3 proteins to choose from, and the noodles themselves are an attempt at ramen noodle. They are a little too soft, but still make for a scrumptious lunch nonetheless.“
