“The food is really good. The owner was the previous owner of Mountain Sushi but don’t expect the same quality. It’s good but the portions are really small. Smallest ShuMi I have ever seen, Gyoza was really good, Rainbow roll was excellent! Restaurant is tiny and they have plenty of staff but split a 12 person reservation into two time slots even though they had the table space. They just opened so give them a chance.“

“I guess the best sushi I have ever had outside of Japan. Actually better than much I have had in Japan. The owner is from Osaka and had a good sushi place in NYC but moved to Breckenridge because he is a big mountain biker. Really amazing food. I’m blown. Thanks!“
