Always thought the Subways concept was you could look at the fresh ingredients and choose what you wanted by visually seeing its freshness. Evidently, not anymore.“

“I placed an order for delivery and it said my order was picked up but after an hour of waiting I never received it. I called DoorDash and they were giving me the runaround saying I needed to wait longer so I called the store. After speaking with the manager Collin he called DoorDash himself and got my order redelivered within 20 mins. He was so great and that’s how customer service should be! Thank you to the manager who helped me!“

“This was my first time here and it was very filling... The sandwiches are delicious and there are alot to choose from.. I upgraded my fries to the cheese fries and yummm. “Staff was absolutely prompt service was great but while inside they did get hit with a multitude of walk-in customers as well as order pickup customers. Because of that I feel the attention to detail was lacking. If and when I am in this area again working and need a lunch I will definitely visit this Subway location again based solely on customer service“
