“Όσες φορές και να πηγαίνω πάντα μένω ευχαριστημενη απο το Evans Cafe bar bistro. Πολύ όμορφος και μεγάλος χώρος οπως επίσης και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και το βασικό για μένα, πολύ καθαρό. “Had another great meal at Buenos. We have lived in Broomfield for over 30 years and this is a staple in our restaurant collection! The owner works non stop in this restaurant. We have never in 30 plus years had a bad meal here. I've read some of the bad reviews and honestly I can't believe what some people will complain about. The world would be a better place if we were all kind. The owner has put her life into this restaurant. Its clean, cozy, always fresh food and frankly it just feels like home. COVID really turned restaurants up side down and only the strong survived. We are grateful that this family owned business made it thru the toughest of times.“

“I’m only giving 5 stars because I know the importance for reviews for new businesses and because the food really did deserve 5 stars. We shared the fajitas and loved them.

However, the drinks have me debating on whether I’ll ever come back. We order oaxacan old fashions and what came out didn’t resemble or even remotely taste like one. They were pink lemonades MAYBE with a little alcohol for $15. We were regulars at Beltrans before this place bought them out and we miss the old bartenders. This one clearly has no idea what a oaxacan old fashioned even is. I mean honestly LOOK at this…“

I did a catering of chicken and steak burritos for a party of 20.
Jaime and his team came thru and everyone loved the sauce on top and asked where these were from. Food was ready hot and on time for pick up. I would give a 10 stars if I could.“

I drive all the way from Southwest Plaza / littleton area just to eat here — and its so worth it! The food is beyond amazing especially the quesabirrias🤤 hands down the best ever made!
The employees make it very welcoming and everything’s very well put together. You can tell they put alot of care into the food and the experience. Also, a huge shoutout and thank you to Ismael, who always goes above and beyond during my visits! He is always extremely kind and clearly passionate about the food he serves. His attention to detail and accommodating spirit is everything and always lifts my spirits to see him when I come to Que Rico. “Went to this Qdoba on Halloween for the buy one get one special. I ordered one of the best burritos I've ever had someone else make for me. The staff was also super friendly. Blake, who works there, came and asked me how I was doing that day as he cleaned up the entire lobby by himself. Definitely coming back for more!“
