“Not your typically Qdoba. All the tables were clean when we came in for lunch! Tried the Cholula chicken and really enjoyed it. Also, they had a new Chipotle cream that was yummy so it was two new tries and two good things! We would come back.”

“Had dinner at Homestead Bar and Grill last Saturday and it was beyond delicious! Chef Tommy has outdone himself with the new winter menu. I had the crab cake special and they were the best that I have ever had! Seriously better than any that I have had on the East or West Coast! His mashed potatoes were stellar as well and I am a mashed potato snob! The Tomahawk pork chop was also phenomenal and Alex had the ricotta dumplings, which were also delicious! Can’t wait for them to open again next week after their holiday break!”

“Booking El Dorado for a private event, our wedding after-party was, hands down, the best decision we made! If you want your night to end with a bang, this is the place to be.

The entire process of working with them was incredibly smooth. The team at El Dorado was so easy to work with and plan; they even created a custom drink menu just for our event! They were also flexible enough to allow us to bring in outside food (pizzas!) for our late-night snack, which our guests absolutely loved.

But what truly blew us away were the bartenders and staff who hosted our party. WOW! They were professional, efficient, and injected so much fun and incredible energy into the night. All of our guests were absolutely raving about the after-party, and it was all thanks to the fantastic crew at El Dorado.

We also visited El Dorado several times leading up to our event and each time loved our time here and the incredible drinks they make!

“Very tasty beef and cashew stir fry, especially the broth. Delicious and flavorful without the spice (on purpose). I don't like Thai food generally, but I love this Thai food. The host and server were delightful, prompt and professional. The entrees came quickly from the kitchen soon after the tasty brussel sprouts. Next time I'll ask them to slow the experience a bit. You'll want to linger at this very cool eatery in Carbondale.”

“We really enjoyed our first visit. Great space and service. Food was fantastic with big portions. It was hands down the best general tso chicken and I’m forever ruined. Will absolutely hop by there any time we are in Carbondale. We got Mongolian beef, general and chicken fried rice. The dishes together would have easily fed 4 people so we get tasty leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I’d highly recommend to everyone. If you’re a vegetarian they have a pretty expansive selection for you.”

“My tacos were delicious and the service was very friendly. I absolutely plan on revisiting. I especially like the chorizo tacos. They also have a great selection of Mexican cookies and bakery items. Affordable and plenty of food for only $22.
