“Had dinner at Homestead Bar and Grill last Saturday and it was beyond delicious! Chef Tommy has outdone himself with the new winter menu. I had the crab cake special and they were the best that I have ever had! Seriously better than any that I have had on the East or West Coast! His mashed potatoes were stellar as well and I am a mashed potato snob! The Tomahawk pork chop was also phenomenal and Alex had the ricotta dumplings, which were also delicious! Can’t wait for them to open again next week after their holiday break!“

“We had a great experience. If you are thinking to going out for dinner please call them and make a reservation because most of the time restaurant is very busy you won’t be able to make reservations for the same day.

“I've included an updated menu for anybody who's interested. I did their supreme personal PAN pizza and a Caesar salad, and they even brought fresh parmesan!!! We also had their artichoke dip with both regular bread and gluten-free bread. The other 2 individuals I was with had gluten-free pizzas, and they both said they were the best gluten-free pizzas they'd ever tasted. Great service in a clean restroom. I would recommend this place to anybody in the area! All the food we had was amazing. I highly recommend.

“Best hot sauce!! One of the few places to actually get an outstanding veggie burrito, chicken tacos are top notch as well! This is pretty much the only place to sit down and eat a pupusa in carbondale. All around amazing spot with delicious comfort “

“Best Asian spot in the valley! Family owned and operated. Couldn’t be nicer. Always accommodating. Fresh sushi. The freestyle is always fire. Try the truffle roll - it’s bangin. Really great pad Thai. But the MAMMA sang curry with the nem lettuce wrap might just steal the show. Really great vegetarian options for my wife too. They even messed up an order a time or two in the past and comped an extra entree each time. Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience.“

“I’m new in town and this was our first stop. Brandi was so nice and friendly she made us feel like a local. Of course we had a blast line dancing and she gave us a lot of information about native sun and the fun we could have while I’m here working. Her personality is awesome and I will definitely come back.“
