Marlene was very helpful and invited us to a tasting where we gladly used her expertise to plan the menu for 70 people. Delivery and set up went smoothly and our guests raved about the quality and variety of items we had on the buffet. “Hidden gem for sure, where have you been all my life!? Homemade scratch kitchen, great prices, large positions, great service. We started w the 3 salsas and chips, (salsas made from scratch each day), chips were fresh/warm and we loved the texture of them. My cheese w red enchilada sauce was the best I've ever had (to die for), burrito with half medium and half spicy homemade green chili was the best I have ever tried. We were so full but couldn't stop eating because it was so delicious!!❤️ I brought home a cup of their chicken tortilla soup to eat tomorrow, I'm positive that will also be heavenly. We cant wait to return, thank you to all staff and cooks...simply amazing!!“

I mostly get their breakfast burritos, all of which have been filling and delicious (Chorizo Con Papas...literal *CHEF'S KISS*) but also recently tried their breakfast quesadilla. With no meat. STILL great!! Only one star down for atmosphere, and ONLY because of limited space to sit.“

“One of the more enjoyable restaurants with authentic tasting Mexican food that I’ve eaten at in quite some time.
Had the taco salad with grilled chicken which tasted fresh and delicious, and also really enjoyed the chips and salsa that’s put out. They also make a habanero salsa that’s quite spicy and very flavorful.
The service is attentive and charming, and I look forward to returning and trying other dishes.“

They had a a new person making the tortillas so they were not the normal quality I was told. They have a drink bar where you can add syrups to chance the flavors. The bathrooms are clean and there’s plenty of parking they share with a lot of other stores. The surface was good and they have wide variety in their menu 10 out of 10. Recommend just ask if the regular tortilla maker is there“

“Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“
