Marlene was very helpful and invited us to a tasting where we gladly used her expertise to plan the menu for 70 people. Delivery and set up went smoothly and our guests raved about the quality and variety of items we had on the buffet. We started with the complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa what about a 2 out of 10 in terms of heat for me, but my wife thought it was spicy and she likes only very mild salsas.

We then split the chimichangas which ended up being two, mini chimichangas. From the crispiness of the exterior to the taste of the chicken inside, it was quite good! The rice and beans are good as well. And we asked for green chili on the side. It was a little thicker than most that I've eaten but it had a good taste.

A reservation is recommended.“
