“Esteban was our waiter and we felt welcomed, on the spot for our service, always asking if we needed anything, and I feel Esteban was an exceptional waiter.
The view we had was beautiful-the mountains.
The food was delicious -stuffed sopapillas, fish tacos, Chile rellenos, chicken tortilla soup....they were each delicious. I personally do not like green Chile but the other 3 I came with went on and on about the sauce that it was wonderful.
We will be back! ( We were at the Castle Rock location and plenty of parking!)“

“Little George's catered the food for a party we hosted recently, and everything from the existing planning to the taste and quality of the food we served was outstanding. Marlene was very helpful and invited us to a tasting where we gladly used her expertise to plan the menu for 70 people. Delivery and set up went smoothly and our guests raved about the quality and variety of items we had on the buffet. If you are planning an event with Mexican food, I can highly recommend Little George's as the caterer!“

“Hidden gem for sure, where have you been all my life!? Homemade scratch kitchen, great prices, large positions, great service. We started w the 3 salsas and chips, (salsas made from scratch each day), chips were fresh/warm and we loved the texture of them. My cheese w red enchilada sauce was the best I've ever had (to die for), burrito with half medium and half spicy homemade green chili was the best I have ever tried. We were so full but couldn't stop eating because it was so delicious!!❤️ I brought home a cup of their chicken tortilla soup to eat tomorrow, I'm positive that will also be heavenly. We cant wait to return, thank you to all staff and cooks...simply amazing!!“

“I had a bowl months ago and the fish tasted like cat food, it was gross. But I have kept coming back for the carnitas Enchilada which is Always so good! Add onions if you like them.
Today I tried 2 carne asada street tacos which were excellent with that spicy green sauce, maybe add a slice of lime? But what a great deal for such great flavor!
I also wanted to try the crispy fish tacos. Seeing the fish to be flounder almost turned me off but I went ahead and was not disappointed at all. The 2 Taco Combo
​is worth it because the rice and beans taste fresh.
I am very happy with this order.

“I've been going to SGB for a while (post workout...DON'T YOU JUDGE ME!) and I finally had to post a review. I mostly get their breakfast burritos, all of which have been filling and delicious (Chorizo Con Papas...literal *CHEF'S KISS*) but also recently tried their breakfast quesadilla. With no meat. STILL great!! Only one star down for atmosphere, and ONLY because of limited space to sit.“
