“I have been a regular customer of theirs for years. I stopped going for awhile as during the name change as it wasn't the best experience.

We stopped by today and what a difference. They had a new waitress Jennifer who was fantastic. Her service made us feel like we were at a high end restaurant. She made great recommendations, we ordered Steak Fajitas and Chile Rellenos. plus had a few cocktails. All were good but the trip was made by the service. Good job, we will be back!“

“We live in Castle Rock and are thankful our son discovered Dos Amigos. We took a close friend there last night. As usual, the food was excellent and at the best pricing we have found in Castle Rock. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make certain their guests are taken care of. The hot wings were freshly made with a surprisingly ? perfect spice if you have any acid reflex (you should be able to handle it just fine). 3. Fast and friendly service up until ppu when I already had paid online...then see below. 4. Absolutely delightful pizza pie, there's was no grease. 5 stars for taste. I wish they offered an extra large and more chewy center pie. It was ? delicious! Con's: 1. It would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't looked at me with judgment on what I tipped. It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.“

“I had the pleasure of dining at Tressles Coastal Cuisine, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Austin and Whitney set the tone with warm, attentive, and professional service that made the evening feel special. They truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism.

The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the mahi tacos. I’ve had my fair share of fish tacos over the years, but these were on another level—perfectly seasoned, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. The balance of fresh ingredients and careful preparation made every bite phenomenal. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in both quality and creativity.

What stood out most was the overall experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, but still refined enough to feel like a treat. When combined with the outstanding service from Austin and Whitney and the memorable food, it’s clear this restaurant sets itself apart.

Tressles Coastal Cuisine is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Whether you’re looking for a casual evening out or a place to celebrate a special occasion, this is the spot. I’ll absolutely be returning—and bringing friends with me so they can enjoy it as much as I did.“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

We absolutely love this place! We go regularly and the staff knows our orders by heart, which makes it feel extra special. The pho is always excellent—my husband gets the steak pho, and I order the vegetarian (minus the veggies), and they always bring me extra onions without me even asking. The tofu is fried perfectly every time, with just the right bit of crisp.

My husband’s coworkers brag about a pho place near his work, but he always comes home saying it’s just not the same as here. That says a lot! We truly hope this restaurant stays in business forever. 😀“

“Picked up butter chicken and chicken tikka masala last night-staff was very friendly and food was delicious!! Looking forward to eating inside one day because it looks so cute in there! We also door dashed a few weeks ago and again, food came piping hot and was delicious! Portions are a good size and had a lot of chicken in them! Highly recommend 😋“

The food is wonderful, the service is great, and they're very accommodating of dietary restrictions! A ton of things on the menu can be veganized, just ask :) my favorites are the veggie spring rolls, vegan pad see ew & vegan yellow curry with tofu! We try not to eat out a ton but somehow I swear we eat here once a week.“

“There's a young man in this restaurant working hard at what seems to be his first job. He's learning and very clearly giving his all. There was a woman who was completely rude and nasty to this kid because something came out of the kitchen wrong. Berated him and refused to let him fix it. So if you see a review posted after this one talking bad about this kids service just know she is a nasty human being and she had no right to be so Karen-y to him. He's awesome and I hope hes able to brush her off and continue contributing to society in a positive way. Way to handle yourself buddy you didn't deserve that and you did everything you could to make it right.“

“If I could give ten stars I would! Ordered sweet and sour chicken, and beef/broccoli, fried rice and white rice on side. I believe the owner hand delivered it. It was piping hot(we waited about 50min) when it arrived, and it was delicious! They even tossed in a bag of donuts for free. This is the best Chinese we have had so far in Castle Rock, and we have tried them all! We will be regulars ❤️❤️❤️“

“Stopped for dinner with the fam and unfortunately they were out of the shrimp I wanted. the young gentleman working there, who I believe was the shift manager or equivalent, felt bad and gave me a complimentary drink. He was very friendly and asked about our evening. He also complimented his coworkers around him. I believe one guy was new and he patiently guided him then thanked the cashier for doing a great job. It was sooo refreshing to see this young man take pride in his job, offer great service with kindness and a smile, and create an environment that you can tell people are happy to be there. Excellent leadership!!“
